Good parking and free breakfast.
This was Christmas. Placed me next to room w dog. Barked and whined from 1am to 430am. Owner was yelling F bombs to someone. I called front desk. Upon checkout, I expressed my concern. "Ronnie" said she heard about it and was aware. No apology and no apathy. She then quipped, " there's nothing we can do about it." Sad customer service.

There was a lot of parking.
There was always coffee in the lobby.
There was a fridge AND a microwave
The hallways and room smelt of smoke. Not all the lights in the room worked. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain.

Location was great for our appointment in Portland. Well stocked and comfortable bed. Front desk staff very friendly. Love the lemon water. Buffet was nice , but set-up is alittle strange.
Very small room with almost a maze pathway to the bathroom. Very different kind of room compared to our last stay. Wobbly tables in buffet and to closely set up.

Rooms weren’t clean. Staff was unfriendly and very uncomfortable environment
5.0 / 10.0
The staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was good. The price was very reasonable.
First, the lobby smelled like cleaner, so maybe something had just happened that had to be cleaned up or maybe they need a different cleaner. Second if you're going to use white bed spreads, you need to make sure they are not stained. One of the beds in the room we stayed had a pretty good size stain on it, or maybe it was just a dirty bed spread. Third, the plug in the bathroom sink was broken. Fourth, the toilet was weirdly hard to flush. Lastly, it was noisy. Maybe not entirely the motel's fault. The automatically shutting doors slammed so you heard all the doors shutting around you as guest came and went. Also unfortunately the guests next to us were up talking in the hall and going in and out of their room (so their room door was slamming shut everytime they did) all night long.

The rooms were so stuffy. The linen had a strong smell of I don’t know what. The bath tub looked unwashed

Conveniently located with quick freeway access. Next door to great steakhouse. Front desk was very friendly and was quick to fix any problems.
Breakfast buffet was a little strangely set up. Coffee and cereal bar on one end of room and food items on other side of room. Food was sufficient.

I’d like to credit the evening check-in staffer, Audra M. for the great experience here. She is always such a positive person, and enjoyable to chat with. I stay here about 3 times a year, and she remembers me each time. It feels nice to be recognized, and makes the experience more homey.
The beds are so comfortable! Exactly what I’m used to at home. Very clean.
Nothing.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location great. Breakfast very good.
I didn’t like was the lighting not very bright except the bathroom light was a little better. The bathroom only had a small table instead of a vanity.

We did not eat there, not really no glutin free food
We had cancelled one room with 2 full beds, which you the 3rd party did not communicate with comfort Inn and suites, however I took photos of our cancellation regarding the room with the full sz beds.We only used 1 room with double queens.

They have a pool which is great, but it’s very cold and in the shade during the hottest part of the day.
The rooms smell. It smells like smoke and they tried to deodorize the room while we weee gone, but it just masks the smoke smell and it comes back. The closest smelt the worst, then bathrooms, then rooms. It says it’s newly remodeled but that is the lobby and breakfast area, not the rooms. The breakfast area is not very family friendly with only one bar area and one larger table to sit at.

Room right by the elevator, also, super slow elevator. Still had carpet in room, yuck.

Not much. Breakfast was adequate.
The place is shabby in the extreme. The couch in the room looked like it was either purchased from Goodwill (or will be donated to them soon). The bathroom had a sink and a toilet, but nothing in between. It reminded me of a 1940's era flophouse. We were charged $215 for a room that was barely worth $75 if that. I would avoid this place.

This hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Goof price, good breakfast. Nothing to complain about. I accidentally booked two full size beds instead of two queens. That was my fault. Just make sure you book carefully!

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well-rounded with options. The rooms were clean and quiet with ample towels. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was nice. I hope they get a hot tub in the future and fix the dryer so that guests can use the laundry service.
No dryer for swimsuits.

Furniture in room was old and dirty. Couldn't get local TV channels.

Staff
Thin walls. Could hear everyone in hallway and loud banging sounds next door

The staff was fast and seemed friendly. The area around seemed old and historic. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. They had breakfast hours which was great it was free too.
The bed sheets were dirty and had stains and hair on it the top layer at least did. The comforter was just a duvet without the comforter and the shower had hair on the floor. The curtain would not slide all the way to close and the AC unit had a wrapper on it and a cheese cracker inside it. We were also on the first floor and could hear everything when things got busy in the morning like people talking and kids running or yelling.

Coke machine wasn't working
8.0 / 10.0
Property was in a quiet part of town close to attractions. The breakfast was decent, the staff friendly enough. The pool is nice and the exercise room is small but well equipped for basic exercise sessions.
Vending machines could have better options, some of the sheets had an odd stain or two.
