About this bed and breakfast

Newly-built in ’22, this beautifully designed guesthouse and everything in it is brand new, so you can enjoy all the comforts of home.

The 11-ft vaulted ceiling, full-size kitchen and abundance of natural light are just a few things that make this 565 sqft, one bedroom guesthouse live larger than its footprint. Perfectly located 1.8 miles to Dtwn Vancouver & 15 mins to PDX airport and Portland Oregon; it’s the perfect home base for your stay.

My goal with the guesthouse is to provide an affordable price with amenities that go beyond what is typical for the price point and offer this to small groups, couples and solo travelers who want a less expensive option without sacrificing comfort, a convenient location and style.

Noteworthy Details:
This is a 565 sqft, 1 bedroom guesthouse that sits atop a two-car garage. You may hear the garage door when in use although soundproofing and a brand new, "ultra-quiet" garage door opener has been installed for your convenience. There is only one entrance with keyless entry that will be exclusive to you. The guesthouse is completely separate from the home, so you won’t share any living spaces with the primary home. You’ll also have free street parking in a quiet, residential neighborhood and a paved, well-lit walkway from the street to the guesthouse. The space is perfect for 1-3 guests and allows for up to 4. The second bed is a very comfortable, brand new pull-out sofa that measures 54”W x 72”H. Two average sized adults can fit, but I’d recommend the Luxury Queen-size bed in the bedroom for those who are 6’+ tall.

Great location to be near sights in Portland, Columbia River Gorge, Mt St Helens attractions. Clean and cozy. Kitchen and washer dryer nice to have.

This property is very clean and quiet, easy to get to in Vancouver. Great bakery - Blue Door Bakery and Relevant Coffee!We were able to visit with our son and go to one of our favorite places - the Hoyt Arboretum across the bridge in Portland.If you want to get your own espresso machine - Clive Coffee in Portland will hook you up!
