    I think they have reviews only from family & friends....some says exceptional and I had to shake my head! No pool/hot atm, maybe you need to call to make sure, the room was wide but the mattress were horrible, you know when they are old and have the shape of a body so you sleeps on up and downs? sink and faucet broken, the plug of the hair dryer broken, the safe dismounted and laying on the floor, breakfast at the bare minimum, no hot food. I think you can find better for the same average price

    The hotel is in a fantastic location right near all the central public transits close to the waterfront and steps away from great places to eat

    Ive stayed many times the price is hard to pass on and the staff is wonderful makes u more comfortable of a stay, if u ask for something they will accomidate u the best they can, my favorite place to stay when i come to town and need a roo. For a day or 2.

    It took 4 tries and two different rooms(of walking up the stairs to our room and back) to get a card key that would actually open our door. Then once it was unlocked it took a shoulder to force it open and closed. Kleenex wasn't stocked which makes you leery of the cleaning routines. Half the place is under construction of some sort, so hopefully soon it will be better.
