This hotel exceeded my expectations! Even though it is seemingly in the same price tier as a Motel 6 - it had all the amenities of an executive suite.Stove top, with dinner ware /pots and pans, nice laminated flooring, full size refrigerator... It is a 3 year old property. The only drawback of the stay was a non- functioning elevator - my room was on the 4th floor but they accommodated me by moving everything down to an ADA room on the first floor. Other travel sites advertise that they can get lowest rates... but how many of really need 20 pillows on a bed that end up on the floor??? Will stay here again for sure!

Floor was greasy, the room smelled, and the person who checked me in said my pet deposite was refundable (which they are ESA) the 100$ deposite was not charged in full... well then they didnt give me the full deposite back. Oh and my friend who also had dogs and stayed there got her full amount back.

Place was disgusting. Dog poop all over the outside including on sidewalks. The floor of the room was so dirty it ruined my daughter’s socks. I refused to take my shoes off.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, the pillows as thick as a cracker. We asked for extra pillows and got denied, we had to go shopping for pillows to have a better night sleep. Won't recommend

We don't believe our room was cleaned before we checked in. Didn't look like the floor had been swept in the room or the bathroom. There was hair, not ours all over. The toilet was dirty. THEN, what really made us believe it wasn't cleaned, was when we move the corner chair to play cards there was an empty Red Bull can that had been left from the previous stay. Also the TV had this annoying side menu that kept coming on the screen every 5 seconds. We asked the front desk if they could help us with it and they did not know how to remove it. So we had to watch the boxing match with it on. Was super annoying

The room had one small pillow per person. No hair dryer, iron. The maid tried coming through the door without knocking at 8 AM and when the deadbolt was latched, she continued to try to push the door open. A couple hours later another maid did the same thing. The desk closes at 10 PM so there’s no help if you check in late and find something wrong with the room. Overall, staff has poor training in the hotel has a very few amenities.

08/15/25 I had a check in for 2 a two queen bed room , Recieved room 419 fourth floor . Not only was there not two beds I did not receive a notification saying my stay was going to be changed . I tried to make the best of the situation and to my surprise the room was not a room where even the front desk admitted she would stay the night in . Front desk let me know she couldn’t do anything about it the “pull” out coach was filthy , had trash before we even pulled it out and when we did pull it out it was stained with multiple dark spots .

I've stayed here a couple times and its a good place, except for the traffic noise. This "inside" noise (from other rooms) is very little, its just the traffic coming in and out of the Walmart across the street thats the problem.

The tub was squishy and felt unsafe, the pillows were small and flimsy, and when I asked for more I was told no, I was there two nights and they never once came in to clean my room or provide me with new towels, so I had to go ask for them, and I had to ask for an iron and ironing board. Id think that would be standard in every room.

The property appears to be a SRO for many who don't have other options. More of governing the crowd than greeting guests. Was minimally equipped for an extended stay, Had a full refrigerator and a dishwasher, but few dishes and utensils. Stay was average and unremarkable. Notice in elevator seemed to imply they were booting people out for the coming "high vacation" season.
