The cost per night is good value for money. The high pet fee and additional parking charge does not make sense. Parking

The location and the staff. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. DoorDash service did not take long.

1. Why charge for parking? 2. Pet fee is exorbitant. 3. Our room was near the basketball court and the thump thump of basketball even at night disrupted sleep.

The pool was closed which wasn’t advertised or no head up which I though was weird because Hilton usually goes above beyond here. So the kids were bummed but none the less great stay

The staff is always great at the Homewood suites

I originally asked for a A 2 bedroom suite when we arrived the rooms were separated. This may be because bookings and the Homewood suites are not on the same page. I did try calling the Homewood suites directly but instead I got some sort of foreigner who answered the phone and couldn't answer any questions.

The stay was as expected for an aged Hilton hotel...but, the hotel staff was exceptional.

The breakfast was good but needed to offer chicken or turkey sausages instead of pork or meat substitutes.

I had asked for a ground floor unit weeks before. We arrived late and it was not provided. We are in our 70's and Mom in her 90's. The stairs were not easy. There should be accommodation for Hilton Honors members who make requests in advance. Also, the charge for the stay was more than what the hotel provided compared to other Hiltons in the same class.

Amazing room! Large rooms, good kitchen area; everything is incredibly clean and well stocked. Very comfortable bed. The staff are all very nice, accommodating and they have a wonderful breakfast.

The bed was amazing. Jay on the night staff helped me when I thought I’d lost my phone. She is a credit to the place.

I felt like I just lucked out to end up at this property that was perfect for me.

location-across the street from two nice restaurants as well as a coffee shop. 2 minute walk to the river walk which is beautiful. amenities were nice and staff were friendly across the board.

disappointing

I really wanted to love this hotel. the rooms are large and spacious in a good location but…

the pool was being serviced during the day during a heatwave (there was an excessive heat warning in the area) yet the pool was closed for maintenance for hours during every day of our stay. since they advertise a pool it would nice to actually use the pool or post signs when the pool is closed for families to work around. our kids were bummed there wasn’t a pool when we told them there would be.

This was my second stay at this location. Both times the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Owen went above and beyond. I was able to get an early check in and a perfect room that made my visit to Vancouver work out perfectly. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.
