The room was good enough for our purposes. I wish these hotels TV’s would have casting capabilities or the option for Netflix or other streams. The part of the hotel I didn’t like was checking in. The woman seemed a bit rude and that sets the tone for the hotel. Very doubtful we’d stay again because of that experience.

Was welcome by friendly front desk personnel. Room was large and had refrigerator, kitchenette, work space and recliner. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner were greatly appreciated.

I have never had such a terrible experience with the manager of a hotel. The other staff were good. I got ready to shower in the morning and there were no bath towels, only hand towels. I called the front desk to ask if they were stored somewhere in the room. The manager asked if I looked in the cupboard in the bathroom, and I said that I had. She somehow thought I was an idiot or something because she then said they didn't have extra large towels. I told her that I just wanted a regular bath towel, but she wanted to tell me that they were there or something and I tried to make it clear, but she just wouldn't have anything to do with my report of no towel. WHAT THE HECK. I have no idea what her problem was.

Open room with full kitchen and full-size fridge with icemaker (which starts empty, and I recommend turning it off at night so the dropping ice and water filling doesn't wake you). Desk to work at, USB charging, lots of movie channels on the TV that turns back on to your last viewed channel. Free parking, giant mall across the street, stores in the other direction, lots of great walking, easy fast drive to PDX airport. Recommend.

Every time stay in a Hotel the most important thing for me is a clean room and all areas in the hotel that’s why i chose my place hotel our room was very clean everything lobby looks nice and clean me and my family and our pet enjoyed the stay

We like everything about the hotel except that they only provide minimum amount of toilet paper and tissue and garbage bags. Everyone staying longer than two days were asking for towels, toilet paper and rubbish bags at the front desk or the room attendant in the hallway. We checked in on Tuesday and no cleaning until Saturday. That’s a long time without emptying garbage cans and bathroom toiletries.

One of my favorite hotels! Very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful design and supply. Friendly staff. Love the mini kitchen and big fridge which I appreciate it's located by the door, not closer to the beds so I didn't notice the noise much. I do need to take note that they don't supply any cookware and utensils so next time I will need to bring a pan, a spatula, oil and salt if I need to cook. It's located in a nice commercial area. Shopping is nearby and it's relatively quiet as it's not right by the high way. As long as they are keeping the price affordable, this is going to be "My Place" next time when I visit Vancouver again! Thank you!

The elevator was broken, they siad every day itbwas supposed to be fixed. Never happened. We were there 3 days, softball tournament. After day 1 I asked why the room was not made up, They said we donthat every other day. Never happened in 3 days, very frustrating

The staff was warm, attentive, and hospitable. The cleaning staff was respectful of my wish to not have a visit on one of the days of my stay but still asked if I would like my trash bin emptied and be giving a fresh bag. It was located near so many convenient places I did not have to drive unless I really wanted to drive. The room was so clean and they paid attention to detail.

I come here often and my stay is always great! The staff here is amazing and make you feel welcome every time. Very clean and simple rooms as well as nice parking lot. Close to the mall for convenience!
