Very nice and clean hotel. I wish the breakfast could be open longer for those of us that can sleep in. I went down for some food at 9:30 and it was closed. Outside of a few homeless people hanging out outside, it was a great stay. very clean and beautiful rooms

My check in experience was the best customer service with excellent. They treated me with kind and respect. This will be me hotel to stay when I travel this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. I forgot the young lady’s name she checked me in on November 7th around 4 she was the best. Checking out was also very nice.

The young lady who checked us in on Oct 26th was very helpful. The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything we needed. Hotel was quiet and a convenient location. Overall great customer service. Would not hesitate to stay again.

First, I given a room that was not clean. And I don't mean little things here and there - there was trash all over the tables, the bed was unmade and it smelled bad. They did quickly replace my room but it was gross to experience. The second room was much better until I looked in the toilet and saw mold or something else that's black under the rim, which was fully visible from my bedroom so I'm not sure how the cleaner would have missed it. There was also long hair on the back of my toilet, and I'm bald.

The suite was very clean and accommodating along with the preset temperature. The managers were flown out from DC to support the staffing. Although they were not knowledgeable of the local venues and vendors they provided a list of loxals that I could dine at which was helpful.

Selection of room was great Special recognition to staff Member Amber ..service with a dmile. Very pleasant to meet someone after a long day of work snd driving to the hotel. However I was disapppinted with selection of choicevof food available to purchase I purchased a pizza and opening it the ipixxa was freezer burned...attempted to thaw out however Would suggest you attempt to not keep items tequiring refrigeration over a long period of time

The whole place was clean and smelled amazing. Room was stocked with a kitchen that included a full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, stove and microwave/oven. The location was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and minutes away from the freeway. I will definitely be coming back here

I stay was fair. I was told that the rooms had just been updated. That everything was brand new. The carpets were great and beds but the bathroom was not my favorite. Mold inside the caulk. The bathroom for sure wasn’t updated. The room was dirty. Hair, blood on the door, probably not vacuumed because there were several things on it including a plastic little cap off a deodorant. The service was meh and the breakfast was meh. When we went an hour before breakfast closed there was nothing to eat except cereal. All hot food items were gone. They had one person working the kitchen and couldn’t keep up. I would say I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Location was quiet, yet convenient to highway and local shopping. Nicely remodeled, loved the kitchen that included multi function convection/ microwave oven and apartment sized refrigerator. Beds were clean and comfortable, nice desk area and updated multi function outlets for all your electronic needs. The breakfast was good but the meat protein offerings were spicy, not to my taste, and no alternative. I had a dual queen suite and my only issue was the sink area for getting ready was open to the bedroom. Which means everyone stays on the same schedule, no late sleepers. Otherwise a great stay.

Super friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit limited, but overall okay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only criticism is the pillows: foam pillows so you feel like your head is about to be launched into space. Highly recommended.
