I really enjoyed this place - it has a country cabin feel, fire in the fire place in the lobby, a nice (a bit pricy) restaurant, an indoor pool area with pool, hot tub, and sauna. The room was nice and spacious. The beds were ok, not as comfortable as I would have liked - hopefully I just got one of their beds in lower condition. We did not receive a free bottle of sparkling wine, which would have been nice - should have requested it. We did not have our room serviced, which I would prefer except I did want coffee pods replenished. All in all, I would recommend this place, and will stay here again without hesitation if I need to be in the area.

Check in was prompt and courteous (even though it was Christmas Eve). We had our choice of floors 2, 3, or 4. Breakfast is available at Hudson's restaurant (but there is no complimentary breakfast).

The beds were not made when we checked in. We were given mattress pads instead of fitted sheets. The room has a body odor smell to it, no it wasn't us. The mattress pad we had was covered in human hair, not ours. There were no pillow cases, just pillows in their casings. The staff

Everything was amazing: Food, service, cleanliness etc.. The only thing I would request is better & handheld shower heads. The existing ones are drizzly at best so it's hard to rinse thoroughly thus a shower takes twice as long as it should.

The room needs to be updated! I love the decor and the overall feel of the Heathman Lodge, but the couch was peeling, and the room felt old. I hope that they take the time to update the rooms, as the Heathman Lodge is a beautiful place.

Room was clean and organized. The bed was a little hard, but manageable. Shower was great with good pressure, and they offer free soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. They also have a fridge, and coffee maker. Check in and check in were smooth with very helpful and courteous associates. We also ate dinner at Hudsons and the meal and service were fantastic.

My room was clean and spotless. I love the warm feel of the Northwest decor. I have visited the Heathman for Mothers' day brunches, but never lodged there visiting over a holiday like Thanksgiving.

Room is clean with good amenities. I like the balcony being on the top floor. The food at the restaurant is quite good. Staff are courteous. I also like the lobby, it's quite different from all the hotels I have stayed in. Thr fixtures in the room need better maintence though, i.e. loose drawer handle, towel rail and toilet roll holder. Otherwise it's been an enjoyable stay. Will come back again if I'm heading this way

Quiet spot in downtown Vancouver. Hotel looks like a Disneyland interpretion of a rustic lodge. Fake bird chirps are played over speakers all through the halls. Staff was friendly enough, but the furnishings were basic, the bed was uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired.

We stayed one night on our way to the Oregon coast…and really liked the hotel! The room #455 was nice, big, clean room and bathroom. The property was really beautiful place…easy to find from the freeway…close to many restaurants and shopping. They had a restaurant but didn’t try it…nice option though. They had sounds of birds chirping throughout the hallways…we enjoyed it. We needed some forms printed out from our email and the front desk staff was very helpful in doing that for us…we really appreciated it! We would definitely stay again!!

We had to call for help to stop the shower from running. The valve seems to need replacing. A lot of electrical noise from outside the building made it hard to sleep. No free breakfast. Talk about a psyche!
