Dirty, disgusting. Stay away!

Absolutely nothing. Horrible stay, disgusting rooms. The hot tub was nice but it fits like 5 people.

The cockroaches need to be eradicated. The fact that people have been leaving reviews citing roaches for more than 3 months is foul. Deleting bad reviews is deceitful as well.

Horrible hotel.

The breakfast was horrible. Dining area was a mess and very little options. Bare minimum effort was made.

The staff were rude and uniformed. Half of the lights in the room didnt work. Dining area was gross. Food was horrible. Pillows were flat. Wifi was near impossible to access and still haven't gotten my 120 dollar deposited for my 2 rooms back. I was very disappointed in my stay here and will not be paying yo stay here again.

I appreciated the hotel’s convenient location right off the highway, with plenty of nearby shops and easy access to everything we needed. It was also just a short drive to downtown Toledo, which was perfect since we had evening plans there and were visiting from out of town. I also enjoyed the on‑site amenities — especially the hot tub, pool, and sauna — which made our stay even more relaxing. I also liked that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with our stay, as well as a lower deposit than most hotels in the area. One of the biggest advantages for me was being able to pay the deposit in cash instead of having a hold placed on my card. Because of that option, I was able to get my deposit back the very next day after the room was inspected. The room itself was also cost‑efficient and reasonably priced for what we received, making it a decent value overall.

There were a few things that could be improved. Although the pool was heated, the water temperature was still too cool to comfortably enjoy, especially during January with snow and ice outside. We weren’t able to stay in the pool long because it felt chilly despite being heated. I also noticed some visible stains on the bedding. While the linens appeared clean overall, a couple of the pillowcases and the middle of the sheet had noticeable marks. The bathroom has clearly been updated, but the tub itself looked stained and could use a deeper cleaning or bleaching. The lobby has been nicely remodeled, but it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning to really make that first impression shine. The front entrance doors also looked a bit dirty or grungy, which may have been from the winter weather, but still stood out when walking in.

Didn’t like that Booking.com makes it a non refundable reservation, but doesn’t tell you the pet fee until after you book, which almost doubled the cost of our room. When I asked the front desk about it they said they provide the information, they(third party sites) just don’t advertise it up front to sell the rooms. I truly would have found somewhere else if I was going to pay that much when all was said and done. If they have the information three screens later, they should advertise it honestly and just make it upfront. Also, not a place for clean freaks. Hair on the sink/toilet/towel, a lot of stains on walls, the sad bent leg chair in the room, the pillowcase. Not gross enough to straight up leave, but plenty of room for improvement. On the plus side, really didn’t feel bad having my dogs there because clearly they aren’t the worst thing this place has seen. Surprisingly decent breakfast?

There was nothing that we liked.

The entire hotel smelled like weed. We came in contact with bugs and had to bomb and clean the entire room. The breakfast area was very small and food items were limited.

It was close to our family that we were visiting, close to restaurants and stores. It was quiet and on the first floor, making it much easier for myself and my fiancée to get to as we are both disabled. The beds were super comfortable!!

We couldn’t stay because of final straw, the gross bugs. My grandchildren were terrified.

The shredded stained curtains didn’t help I was too rattled by the situation that I didn’t think to take pictures of the bugs.

The pool was nice, but the 1st night the hot tub was broken.

We had moldy cup of something in the microwave and when our room got moved the fridge was so loud. Guess was fighting out the door and the place smelt like weed no smoking or vaping but weeds okay

Lackluster

Location was good. Lots around to eat and shop.

Our bathroom was not cleaned. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom. The tub wasn’t clean and their was also hair on the walls of the shower.

You get what you pay for

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even called the room when they found my daughter's coat she left in the lobby. The location was great, restaurants all around to choose from.

I picked this hotel because of the cost and the pool, sauna, & hot tub. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The hot tub was broken (they said it was being worked on). And there was a group of kids in the pool being very rough & loud which scared my younger kids. I was also unable to use the sauna because the group of kids dominated that space as well. The owner or manager was present and the kids would settle down whenever he was near. To me it wasn't worth causing issues but it did affect our stay as my daughters were very excited but we left early due to it.
