The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Very nice selection and the food actually had flavor, unlike so many hotel breakfasts. The server was top-notch as well. The pool area was very clean and we loved that it actually included a hot tub/spa. Those seem rather rare these days. Our room was big enough for two and appeared very clean. The hotel is located within a walkable shopping/dining area and on nice days, sitting outside to eat or by the fountain is very pleasant. It's also nice to have a later-than-typical checkout time- Checkout was at noon rather than the standard 10:00am.

It was a little on the pricey side for what we got, but we kind of expected that since the hotel itself is in a prime location in Perrysburg. The furniture in the lobby and the restaurant has definitely seen better days, though. The sofa was dirty and snagged, the side chair tilted to the left, and almost all of the dining chairs had most of the "leather" worn off and the fabric exposed. The bedding was soft and smelled nice, but the mattresses were just "meh". We expected better from a Hilton. The hot water would periodically cut out during a shower too- did not enjoy the sudden blast of cold water. Sure wish a couple of the premium channels were included for the TV too. Even if it was just Netflix, it would a nice upgrade. Just a couple small let downs when we expected nicer accomodations for a weekend getaway. I would probably stay here again though as we really like dining at Basil Pizza and Wine bar and having a better than average place to stay nearby.

Charge beyond cost of incidentals ($30) to use incidentals (charging restaurant costs to room, snacks in room) was just excessive and is deterrent to staying at Hilton Garden in the future. Room ice boxes freezers were iced over. Room phone didn’t work

What I liked about the property was that it was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. They answer all the questions that I had They make sure that I understood everything that I needed to know and I would definitely stay there again this was my second time staying at the hotel and I will definitely stay there again The room was very comfortable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I love the bed I loved the shower the water pressure is so good

The location is stellar - near shopping, dining, entertainment galore.

Upon arrival, the rear entry point was dirty, the carpet frayed, and the décor dusty and broken. It definitely feels all of its 20 years old.

Parking in the rear nothing big

Bathroom toilet would barely flush and the shower faucet/handle about fell off in the shower and could barely keep the temp hot. But I stay here about once a year, usually no issues. The lady seemed annoyed that I asked her my take note of the problem.

Not a comfortable stay. Bed was fair, but the sheets didn't fit and pillows were flat and useless. Shower didn't work right and sprayed as much from the bath nozzle as it did the shower head.

Good location at Levis Hamilton, nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was not included for us, but we liked the choice of the more expensive full breakfast service or the smaller (only cold) breakfast for half price. As we do eat breakfast but not a whole lot, this second option was perfect. Good availability of the elevators, friendly staff, lobby to wait meeting up with people

The hot tub jets did not work and water became extremely hot. The rooms were nice but dated. The doors were worn from lock replacements and could use a coat of paint

One elevator was working made the wait very long and crowded. Pool was closed Never was told bout the pool we wanted the pool to relax in we would of never stayed if we knew. Paper thin walls. Door very noisy and stuck badly. Dogs in a room barking all night.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. At 2:30 AM my husband and I actually considered just packing up and driving on home. The pool and hot tub was down for complete renovation and we weren’t informed ahead of time.

Location is very nice. Break fast was good but more options can be added in buffet like boiled eggs French toast. More options for vegetarian should be added
