The staff member Burrow was very polite.

Room had an odor and the vents all had thick dust on them. This immediately irritated not my child and I throats and we had to cancel our reservation and scramble to find last minute accommodations after an 11 hour drive. When approaching the office there were guest staying above that were smoking marijuana outside above the entrance.. so, walking in with a child who even made a face at the odor is not professional. Even when walked into the office, the smell followed in.. Burrow was understanding and stated a full refund would not be a problem however when booking.com called the staff never answered, claimed no email was received, failed to communicate until escalated with booking.com and then refused a full refund. Lesson learned.. I frequently travel to Ohio to visit family. Won’t stay at that establishment again and will not recommend.

Not worth the price,

Bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient.

Bed was at 29" high and almost impossible to get into without jumping up onto it. Once there, it was extremely comfortable. But if I had to get up and do something, it was a challenge to get back into it. Also, for the first day, there was no other place to sit so I got pretty good at jumping up onto it. Room was dirty, I spilled some water and used a Kleenex to clean it up and the Kleenex was black afterward. When I got a desk chair, it had a broken wheel. I eventually got a chair to sit in. Curtain rod was messed up and didn't close very well.

Basic hotel, passable for one night, in desperate need of renovation.

The room was a good size and was adequate for the two of us. The shower worked well and there were plenty of electrical sockets to charge electronics.

Firstly, the bed sheets were dirty on both of the beds. There were crumbs or grit underneath the sheets as well as hair (see photos) - we are not sure whether the sheets were dropped on the floor before being fitted, or whether they were not cleaned from the previous stay. Secondly, the rooms are accessed from the outside. Although not obvious, this can be seen on the images when booking the hotel. Unfortunately, our door did not properly seal and a lot of road noise could be heard, making it difficult to sleep. Finally, the breakfast was very basic. As the breakfast was included in the price of the hotel, I cannot be too critical of the selection, despite the selection being very limited. The main concern was the hygiene of the breakfast bar arrangement. For example, instead of having small single use sachets of butter, the hotel had one large tub of butter that all the guests were using, which is unhygienic. This also applied to the jelly.

Well to start my friend amber Gordon and I got rooma for a local horse show. The roome were very dirty blood on towels floors not mopped etc. I called manager next day to ask for some sort of composition I was told no after she tried to tell me she wasn't the manager then a couple sentences into our conversation she told me she was.ive worked in hotels for many years as I manager I would have never lied to a guest and then not gave some sort of discount for the issues and they were big issues

I didn’t like anything, these people had my standing there for 3 hrs no room because this LADY sat and charged my card 4 times all these dif charges then said if I can’t use another payment and this was after this LADY charged over 700, so I was unable to use that card not to mention I got there at 4am, the she calls her boss because I’m not leaving until I get a room, CAUSE ALL I DID WAS CHOOSE THE WRONG PLACE TO GET A ROOM I jist want to rest so she calls support she says they reversed it made it so I only paid 23 for 3 nights I’m happy atp it’s 7am so I go to my room literally about to put the key in and this B come screaming at me that I didn’t pay I’m trying to pull my receipt my daughter told her to stop yelling at me so she says I need you to leave so now I’m boiling because my dumb butt only came there to get a room I don’t work there I can’t charge myself 4 times. I work from home so I need to make sure I have internet very long story short i ended up at an airbnb which i should have started with the first time because non of that wouldn’t have happened. DO NOT GO TO DAYS INN UNLESS YOU SELLING YOURSELF THEM ROOMS NASTY AND SO IS THE STAFF IM SUING THEM AND CALLONG BBB THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE FLEAS, she literally saved me from staying there, oh and she said my money would come back it didn’t I had to dispute with the bank meanwhile they got my 700 for free, def making sure they go down for frau this is not the first time very poor staff that LADY NEEDS TO GO LIVE WITH THE DEVIL

Room Floor was dirty, we didn't realize until we looked at the soles of our bare feet and they were black. We used the room towels to wipe where we were walking so our feet would not stay black. The mounted hairdryer didn't work. I asked the front desk to deliver a new one since I wasn't gonna walk over just out of the shower. The shower plumbing needed fidgeting to get the water to run right.

Dirty bathroom, cum stain on floor, gum stuck to the wall, dirty towel between bed and wall, bed bug, dead cockroach between mattress and box spring, mice poop between fitted sheet and mattress, pubic hair between fitted sheet and mattress, dirty toilet that hadn't been cleaned in months, hair in tub, insect in bathtub, mounds of dirt, garbage n idk what else in bathroom corners, Ice Bucket had Doo much dirt in it, my childhood was asking for it back!! Mold in freezer and to Top It Off House Keeper Amanda left a note stating she "Cleaned" the room and Thanks for staying PLEASE Leave a review on Google and TIPS ARE WELCOMED!! NOOO MA'AM!!

Terrible..didn’t stay rooms are dirty

Room was filthy asked for a refund did not stay the night. Hair on the bed/sheets black specks of something all over the sheets. Dirt on the floor. They said they would give us a refund if we called the third part my but third party tried reaching them and shocker nobody will answer their calls or emails.
