Overall, what I expected but the beds really were the highlight. So comfy!

Beds were very comfortable

You could tell it was not the best hotel. There was some wear and tear but overall works for a short stay. When I walked in after leaving, the guy at the front desk was telling off someone which did make me somewhat uncomfortable.

Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The place was NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures must of been taken many years ago when the place was new. It was very very dirty, I have been doing housekeeping for many years @ hotels. The 1st thing you see walking in was the entrance doors were dirty. Not a good impression, the pool area was next to the lobby and all dirty glass! Every time you go on the elevator it was a gamble! Never knew if you would make it to your floor. There was a terrible grinding noise and jerking of the elevator. The room was dirty! My daughter and I always wipe everything down before putting our items on anything. There was a huge puddle of urine on the base of the toilet, called for housekeeping and was told no one was on duty @ that time. I cleaned it up myself so we could use it. The ONLY reason we stayed was because it was our granddaughters college family weekend and every where else was sold out!

The staff were nice and accommodating

The first room they gave us was dirty, no towels, and a dead cockroach on the floor. Definitely used prior to us staying and not even cleaned. I wouldn't dare walk barefoot in the rooms. They upgraded our room, which is nice, however the carpeting in the new room is a tripping hazard with rolls and it rolling up on itself.

I would not stay here again.

The staff was pleasant enough. The coffee and toast was ok.

I needed a pet-friendly hotel for a night and this seemed to fit the bill. I had an uneasy feeling pulling up. Trash all over the parking lot. Weeds everywhere and uncut grass made it difficult to walk my dog. The shrubs were overgrown and cars had to park between them -- not a good feeling for security purposes. Carpet in the room was ripped and probably a safety concern. Shower was gross. The defrosted eggs were soggy and fell apart when you tried to use the tongs to take one. Above all, my dog who loves hotels, did not want to go inside. Something was spooking him. It was a long, uncomfortable night.

Price of the stay and location

The first room had a dirty shower and the handle was broken off the toilet. The second room had a broken office chair and wasn’t cleaned very well. Trash under the chair, sheets and blanket were stained, someone’s dirty clothes left under the headboard of the bed, tv speakers sounded blown and the remote worked half the time. Some of the outlets didn’t work. Side door doesn’t lock as the reviews from last year stated. Hallway kinda smelled like weed. Ac unit was very noisy.

The room was moderately clean. It was very dated and didn't feel very comfortable. It was a good price for us we needed somewhere to stay that wasn't going to break the bank and it was for just one night.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and very pleasant. We were only there overnight, but it seemed to be relatively clean.

The room left a little to be desired. The shower pan (floor) in the shower collapsed (sunk) slightly when you stepped in, and the shower fixtures were rather outdated.

The roundabout was a bit confusing. We ended up in Bob Evans parking lot. Door knobs was very loose to the bathroom. I thought we might get locked in there with no door handle.

The front desk staff were so sweet. Our keys for our original room did not work as soon as we got there and she felt so bad she upgraded our room for no charge. Completely accommodating.

The shower in room 301 takes foreeeeeevvveeerrrr to heat up lol. But it does heat up and the room was perfect. Super clean and had everything we needed.

It was clean and they have a nice pool even though it was extremely cold in there.

They made us sit in their empty parking lot for an hour and a half and would not let us check in early with a small child. There were no other customers staying there completely empty. Also would not let me cancel the room. Only enough towels for 1 person there were 4 of us we asked for more and got 2.
