Worst place ive stayed. Got extremely sick on my second day. The room was outdated and musty. Beds were small and i swear the vacuum was running 24/7 absolutely ridiculous. Not a peaceful moment of rest at all. Housekeepers were cleaning all hours of the night so all you hear is banging and vacuuming....someone came into my room after the wife left. I asked her what she forgot, didn't get a response at all. Who ever it was hurried and left. Called the wife to ask if she came back and she said not at all. Bathroom is so small. Like a child could use it comfortably... but not an adult. Hotel says no smoking, but halls reaked of pot... fridge didnt work.

The staff were exceptionally nice, especially working during the tha thanksgiving weekend. The whole place smelled a little stale, and our room had clearly been a smoking room at some point in the past. They did a pretty good job of getting the smell out, but there is only so far one can go without ripping up carpet and walls. Great value for those just stopping through.

My reservation was paid in full. I called the front desk on 11/13 at 9:35 pm and informed them that i would be arriving early in the morning of 11/14, 3-4 am. When I arrived at 4 am, my room had been cancelled and the front desk was of no assistance at all - indeed, I was threatened that they would call the police. I will never recommend this location again..... and if you pull up my past visits you will see I've been there frequently. I had a presentation at the Toledo Barr Association, as I am an attorney, this morning 9 am 11/14 and I made sure to share my experience with colleagues. The Hotels.com associate was very helpful, but the front desk would not take his call - twice, I witnessed.

Why don't you ask if there was any thing unacceptable. Due to the fact that I called prior to coming down there, I talked to a girl on the phone, Olivia, which I found her name out when I got there was trying to find out information about the hotel and the amenities with it and I was asking questions and and she hung up the phone on me and as she was hanging the phone up by her to say I don't have time for this and I kept saying I have more questions. I have more questions and she just hung up the phone on me because she didn't wanna be bothered to answer anything. I was very upset and very dissatisfied with her attitude even after I got there, and I know she realized who I was I didn't say a word to her, but that's unacceptable for somebody to hang up the phone and I called back three or four times even using my granddaughter's phone and she would not answer the phone. I was not happy about that.

Good hotel. The breakfast was good too. The stuff in the room was noisy. The toilet bowl was very low to the ground (made it hard to get back up). And the bed was comfortable but too soft (not enough back support). But those are minor things. The stay was just fine.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times on my trips from the east coast on my way to Michigan. The only issue on this trip was that the desk chair was completely broken, was listing to one side and was almost unusable. It needs to be replaced. I was in room 139.

The hotel is old and outdated. The AC in our room did work well which I was grateful for. The light fixtures and the top of the desk and credenza were dusty. The bathtub was full of little black bugs that looked like fleas. The room in general needed a very very deep clean. The breakfast area was nice and there seemed to be a good variety of food items.

People were talking outside our second floor room and it was extremely loud. This was because people waiting to be picked up sit on a bench below the rooms window. Move the bench! Other than that it was fine.

Lots of parking. Room was clean Weird though, checked in a 930pm and had to "wait" for a clean room. Pool is a little more weathered than what it looks like in the pictures online

Clean but a bit worn w rips in the carpet. Check in good, room was very noisy, ceiling creaked all night, paper thin walls/door that kept us awake. The cleaning service decided that 9:15am is a good time to vacuum up & down the hallway. Wake up everyone!
