Not a 4 star hotel but is a good value.

A good value for the two night stay visiting family.

The room felt out dated and furniture was old.

Next time, I'd spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

The staff was welcoming and kind while checking in and out. The room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable.

The smell of the room was not good. Possibly a prior smoking room but definitely still smelled of stale smoke. We also had a 1st floor room and could hear the creaking floorboards of the guests above us. As a light sleeper, it's something I've never experienced at a hotel.

Great value! Good location!

Great location between Toledo and Perrysburg. Fairly clean, and breakfast included is a plus. You have a microwave, and a iron board. Parking is also pretty good.

Wish they had more breakfast options. Room was very clean, but one towel had a small mark, not a big deal just didn’t get removed in the wash.

This hotel was among the worst I’ve ever stayed at, with a smelly room and poor staff.

The location was good, but nothing else was up to par.

Front desk person was not around at times and unhelpful at other times … the room had a foul smell and was never cleaned (and we ran out of clean towels) … the parking lot typically had people standing around and smoking … and the wireless connection was down for much of the weekend.

They were very accommodating in the severe storm and provided us with everything we needed to get out of the storm. We had our cat and they provided a great room for all of us. I would suggest that they might consider a bed frame that does not have any openings, because he tried to get underneath it at the top or where the headboard meets the frame. We plugs the holes so he could not get under it. However I would stay there again. Thank you

We stayed at the property a total of 3 nights. Room right above us (2nd floor) was occupied on the 3rd night. Heard every step which was taken by whoever was above, Sounded like my bones do in the morning-------creaked and crackled.
