Nice place, not so nice mattress.

It was very clean and ALL SMOKE free. Thst was very pleasant for us.

I guess my only worry is there is only 2 luggage carts. I was fortunate that there was one available for me. We needed to bring quite a few items into the room due to the extremely cold temperatures

Great sleep at a great price

The room was so clean and comfortable, like brand new, with no odors. The room was even warm when I stepped inside, a nice treat on a snowy night! The bed was SUPERB.

Breakfast was just so-so, your standard waffles, cold cereal and blah coffee. Cold boiled eggs and yogurt.

Fallen to a poor rating

Good location.

I've stayed there once a year for the last 3 years. The place is on a downhill trend. The breakfasts have really gone to crap (hope you like Motel waffles, nothing else edible there), and the coffee was abysmal too. The rooms need an upgrade. Actually the whole place should be Reno'ed, inside and out, at this point. I won't stay there again until something gives.

Joyce and the front desk was very Accommodating. I recently injured my ankle and I was in a boot she put me on the first floor near the door since I was traveling with my dogs so I would not have to walk far. Best customer service!

Nice hotel for one night stay

The staff at check in was very friendly and professional.

I didn’t appreciate the housekeeping staff beginning to clean around 7am running the vacuum and pushing their cart. It was very noisy for first thing in the morning.

Convenient but not pleasant

The location is very convenient to the interstate and to a variety of stores and restaurants.

Even though the front desk stated our room was non smoking and required me to sign a form stating I was receiving a nonsmoking room and stated if we smoked in the room, we would be charged an additional fee, my husband and I do not smoke nor have we ever, the room smelled like an ash tray. It was very late when we checked in so we did not request a room change. I did make a point of letting the front desk know about the status of the room when checking out so we would not be charged any additional fees. I will not be returning to this location in the future but booking at a different hotel when traveling through the area.

I don't think this hotel is worth the price they're charging for it.

The front desk employees were very sweet and did a good job checking us in and out.

The hotel room was dirty. The carpet in particular was filthy -- we looked at the bottoms of our feet at the end of the evening and were horrified to find them nearly black. I have no idea when was the last time these hotel room carpets had a deep clean...but I think it's about time.

The room was not clean; there were hairs on the bed and bathroom floor. The hair dryer was mounted on the wall, but there wasn’t an outlet to connect the plug. Additionally, there was mold in the bathroom.

A little bit disappointed

Facility is aged, as soon as I opened my room, a strong unpleasant smell from the carpet through the whole time our stay. The whole building needs renovation. Staffs were friendly and helpful. No complaint on staffs . Location is convenient

Unable to stay for breakfast. Our itinerary required us to leave before 6:00 am, breakfast was not available until after 6:30.
