Stayed May to Aug cleaning staff nosey didn't observe don't disturb sign, would enter when not there, items ended up missing. Took 3 days to replace refrigerator when stopped working. Water from other rooms air ran out onto walkway slip hazard, drain spouting ran water out on walkway in front of building when raining. Most employees related so complain would go nowhere. Management complained about having plants in the window, burning incense not allowed said was smoking in non smoking room charged $150 cleaning fee, Cleaning staff did poor job, did cleaning ourselves had to buy vacuum and cleaning supplies while there. Manager comes announced demands to enter room immediately, said smoking smells, actually incense. Said to get out in 30 minutes or would call police. Short stays OK any longer I would look elsewhere. That is my experience.
