Love the breakfast, they got good thing going there let's be honest.

The shower was a little bit dirty, the fridge didn't work in the first room, so they gave me another room, but the other room had the air conditioner make such loud noise, it needed some fixing.

Dirty rooms, friendly staff

The staff

In my experience, the place is very dirty. I found a lot of hair between the sheets, and the room was generally dirty. I asked the staff to change rooms, and they were extremely helpful, very understanding, and kind. However, the second room was still very dirty: there was no hair between the sheets, but the sheets were stained and there was a lot of dust.

I booked this hotel while traveling in the car. It was a last minute booking. Boy was I pleasantly surprised!! It was an amazing property. So clean with such a comfortable bed. We slept like babies. The breakfast was so bountiful and delicious. The front desk staff was so incredibly polite. I love that this hotel has a ZERO SMOKING policy. There is a $250 fee for any type of smoking. Including marijuana. We were traveling the east coast and on our way home. It was so nice not to be surrounded by the awful marijuana smell that plagued us at other hotel properties!! Thank you for a great stay!!!

The Breakfast was good. There were several restaurants within walking distance. There was a grocery store close by. The bed was comfortable the room was clean and big. We would stay here again.

I would stay here again if I needed a cheap rate, breakfast, and a pool. It’s a basic hotel but they do everything well

The location is everything you could ask. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. The highway is right next to it too. Breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, and pastries. The pool looked great but I didn’t get in. Room was clean and free of any bed bugs. Check in process was smooth and the lady working on 4th of July was pleasant and I thanked her for working on the holiday.

Thin walls, slamming doors, and the staff taking breaks right outside my window of room 136. It’s their smoke break area and I heard everything they were talking about including what they got in trouble for after cleaning (or lack there of) rooms.

Surprisingly, very quiet with the location that is at in the city. It wasn’t a beautiful location.

Very good location in the center of everything not too far away from main attractions! Highway is just a few minutes away. All the stores that you would need is within few miles. Any restaurant you could possibly think of in the area as well

Horrible place

Can't really say anything was good.

The breakfast was small and tasted like it sat for hours. People where loud and the employees wouldn't do anything about it. While in the pool some older kids where being rough and almost drowned my 4 year old 3 times again told staff and nothing was done.

Have no intentions of staying here again, only reason we did was for the pool for the kids.

It was clean

No elevator King room with fold out bed, no sheets or pillows. Had to go get bedding and pillows and was told they have no extras, we went looking for extras just what should have came with the room. First was given 4 pillow cases for pillows they didn’t have. Then went back down and gave us king bedding and still no pillows. Only had 1 towel/was cloth went to get another set and was told that area of the hotel was closed use a hand towel. Kids running up and down the halls yelling and screaming banging on walls. Nothing was done by staff or parents. 7am and it’s starting all over again, many other guests have also complained to the staff. Slept about 3 hours max, it’s really a shame that parents and staff can’t control the kids while others try to rest.

Dust "bunnies" throughout the room and having two separate power strips in which one that had the fridge and microwave connected kept on popping the breaker relay whenever we used the microwave. Got to the point that we had to disconnect the microwave and move it to a different outlet. Felt really unsafe having what seemed to be an over loaded electrical issue in the room

Someone else was given our key and tried coming in our room in the middle of the night, then had staff come to our room on two different occasions as we were trying to sleep in middle of night.

A great time for a great price!

Breakfast was great! Always good food and enough options for the whole family to choose from.

We stay here frequently— so I’m being lenient in the fact that I know the property is normally well maintained! The pool temp was perfect— but no towels in the area. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner— just room for improvement from my previous stays. Overall, we got our moneys worth and will always come back!

It was quite, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good, Bar was convenient.

Parking lot needed to be redone. Construction workers smoking outside the doors leaving there butts behind. The place was kind of run down compared with our stay a year and a half ago all though thew price was right.

New owners make this hotel a lowlife place very dirty

very dirty trash sitting by the was there all week hall smelled so bad food and dirt throughout hallways never cleaned my room for the whole six days we were there never offered any supplies they sat a broom and dust pan by my door we had two large trash bags we sat out by the door for them to rid of they sat there three days until I went up and said something they sat there the rest of the day then someone finally came and got them the new owners Are disgusting food is not stacked at the breakfast area they’re sitting around eating the food they have a whole bunch of family there I’m talking about the owners they are very rude if you ask for anything how can you eat without plates but the owners and their family sure had plates eating while the rest of the guests were sitting around waiting for plates
