The shower was nice.

The internet service wasn’t the best, we were told to sign on from a nearby hotel. The dresser/stand the tv was on quite dirty inside and out.

Best nights sleep I have had in 2 weeks. Very friendly staff that made plenty of accommodations for me.

The hotel was nice as were the staff. Location was good.

They have a policy of a security deposit in case of damage to the room. The policy stated cash deposit of $50 dollars given back upon checkout. I paid for the room in advance and when we arrived was informed the deposit was $60 dollars and needed to be put on a credit card. I paid it after being told that it would show as a pending and a credit would be issued upon checkout. The room was inspected and everything was fine and I was told they had already issued the credit. That was on Monday 7/17/23. I called on Tuesday as no refund had shown up on my card. The manager told me it sometimes takes 5 days. As of today still no credit posted or pending. I'm very angry as the room was in excellent condition when checked out. In fact other than our dirty towels in the tub and trash in the trash can the room didn't look any different than when we checked in. In fact the beds barely looked like anyone had slept there. I'm traveling and would like to get my refund before I leave the state and I have waited 5 days. As mentioned before I have spoken to him (manager) twice and filed a complaint with Booking. Could use some intervention here. Any response would be appreciated. Thank you, Jody L VanAtta

There was cockroaches in the bathroom I counted at least 6. The floor was so dirty if you took your shoes off the bottom of your feet were black. The occupants in the next room was very loud fighting all night. Property manager did nothing.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since I was only there to sleep and spent little other time in the room, this was sufficient for this stay.

Every other aspect of the hotel. The grounds, parking lot, decor, furnishings, flooring, and appliances are in all in desperate need of renovation/replacement. The property is so run down, however, that at this point, it might just be easier to tear the thing down and start over.

They put me in room where I could keep an eye on my trailer.

Not enough wall plugs. had to unplug a lamp in order to plug in the power cord for my laptop.

The bed was very comfortable and it is close to good food.

It needs maintenance and repair. I was very concerned about the electrical situation. There were lots of power strips and outdoor electrical conduit inside. The breakfast was very sparse and unappealing.

I liked the location, the politeness of the lady that took care of me. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. I will be staying there again.

A coffee pot in the room. There was none.
