We stayed 2 nights and were impressed with how clean everything was. The staff was incredibly helpful and flexible as they responded to our "special needs" requests. Compared to too many other hotels we've stayed in recently, our room had LOTS of electrical and usb ports both near the bed and on the desk. Very comfortable ergonomic desk chair and a variety of options for breakfast. The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. We will definitely stay again. Thanks!

the bed I slept in had blood on the sheets and the duvet cover had been turned right side over, so as I slept, the side of the blanket touching my face!! had blood on it....I don't know how I didn't see it the night before, but it wasn't my blood, I do not have any wounds, no scratches, no open bleeding anything anywhere on my body......the duvet cover was obviously turned dirty side down and NOT WASHED at all. I called the front desk immediately and was reimbursed $50 back to my card. first complaint I have ever had for LaQuinta. The bed was too soft, too. I could barely get out of it this a.m!

Our room was on the second floor directly above the entrance sliding doors, every time they opened or closed we could hear it very clearly. We were in room 218. Very annoying when trying to sleep. The first night our tub would not drain and the gentleman at the desk said there was nothing he could do until the next day so we had to take showers in standing dirty water. The next day it still wasn’t drained but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and said maintenance would be there in 30 minutes. In the meantime my husband was able to get it to drain by running hot was and moving the tub release. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

This was just a one-night stay while traveling home. The women who checked us in was wonderful; we chose this hotel primarily because it was pet friendly. albeit with a $25 additional charge.

Room looked good until inspected closer I went to run a bath and noticed dark hair on shower wall and some on edges of tub and drain. 😳 place could use a spruce up. Windows in room were very old and dirty on outside from wear & inside tract dirty. Carpet could use a scrub too. Employees were very sweet. Not their fault place needs overhaul.

Stayed in a pet friendly room with cats, the hotel bed had a huge hole ripped in the bottom. My cat went into the hole into the box spring. These things should be checked on/fixed in a pet friendly hotel. The walls were also very thin, could hear a baby crying all day next door and their TV was extremely loud all night.

Where is the area to walk dogs? No trespassing signs all over the property boundary. Staff is not motivated. Breakfast was meh with water pancake mix. Pass unless you have no other options.

The hallways and stairways had dirt all across the floors. That should be dealt with. The hotel as a whole is dated and old (although I will say that the room was clean). And I was not going to leave this review until the hotel double charged me, and now I am waiting for the refund to hit my account. That lack of professionalism led to this review.

Room I reserved, which appeared on my original reservation, was not the one actually reserved for me. I was traveling with my grown son and reserved two double beds with kitchenette and they had reserved a one king bed room. Finally changed me to a double bed room, but no kitchenette and no change in price.

I inadvertently left my wallet with a considerable amount of cash in my room. I didn’t realize it until Sayth, who works at the front desk, called to let me know. I was able to make arrangements to have a friend pick it up for me. Really appreciate the honesty!!!
