Check in very friendly. Clean hotel. Nice to have a restaurant in hotel, food was good. Pool was freezing cold at 7pm. After hundreds of miles of travel we were looking forward to a swim. We alerted the front desk and he said he would have someone look at it. Moot point really at that point. Bummer after having paid more for a nicer place to stay. Overall a good experience.

Booked a queen suite. Good beds/pillows, spacious living area and kitchenette, large bathroom with big shower. Only negative was the shower head had VERY weak water pressure.

From the moment I entered this hotel, I noticed it was a top-notch! Upon entering, the front desk clerk greeted and welcomed me. I loved the decor and cleanliness of the lobby and hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and there was a refrigerator and microwave! I worked out in the fitness center as well--it was typical, but I did the elliptical machine and it worked well. This hotel was also in a safe neighborhood; I did an hour walk and felt quite safe. There is a grocery store across the street in a small mall that has a Starbucks in it. This was a safe and quiet hotel to stay on the road while traveling! I recommend it over the other ones that are nearby as it is newer and nicer.

Easy freeway access and a new property that was clean and comfortable. This was the first full service Holiday Inn I have stayed in that was a modern build. The fresh look and updated amenities such as multiple electrical outlets and USB ports was a plus.

This hotel was very well maintained. Everything looked fresh and new. It is located near shopping and many restaurants, but the hotel itself was quiet. The hotel itself has its own restaurant which can be a plus, but that meant that breakfast at the hotel cost extra.

The room was perfect for our family of 5. Relativelt quiet around the property. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly, often welcoming us back after being out. The only improvements I would suggest is a second (dimmer) light and a fan in the bathroom. Shout out to the staff--we accidently left a few items behind and, after a few calls, the items were found and are being mailed back to us. They even gave me a call right after having the package be mailed out. 100% will stay here again when we travel to this area!

This is one of the nicest Holiday Inn & Suites we’ve stayed in. Very modern, clean, pretty new and love the decor. Guest laundry was great and the in-site Ground Round restaurant was very handy and really good! This was our second stay here and we’d definitely stay again.

Very clean. Comfy pillows. The only thing I did not like was being on the first floor next to the lobby. It was noisy early in the morning. I guess people on their way out. Overall, it was a nice place. I would stay again if I was in the area.
