We didn't stay

I booked a jacuzzi suite and did not get one when I arrived. Also the building was under construction. Parking lot wasn't plowed. Front door was half open, sign saying using side door that wasn't locked or secured. Place was very sketchy and unsafe.

We didnt like anything about the property. It was awful.

The employee sucked. Everyone kind of seemed on edge every time we seen them. And when we checked in SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED, but we got charged and hassled for ours… Legally not allowed to ask for proof and asked for it anyway at the end of everything. Went as far as to say he’s gonna pull a couple out of their basic room and give them our SUITE with the jacuzzi! It wouldn’t have been an issue if their showers weren’t small tiny ass stall showers that my 9 month pregnant self CANNOT fit in. I have to fight to be clean at home because of my small shower and low hot water pressure. I paid $200 for the room in total when it was only $170… and dint get any of the money back when we needed it. Our WHOLE ANNIVERSARY and PROPOSAL PLAN went to shit and we were forced to DoorDash the whole trip…. Let’s just be real though. The sign they have in the lobby stating they’re about to go under a Reno, was so small and we WERE NOT warned that the floor in front of the tub was BUSTED! The tile was broken, and tack strips were sticking out on the floor. I literally stabbed my foot several times before I gave up and put the only two rags we had down on the floor to protect our feet.

They don’t come clean your room if you don’t ask. Have to request you want your room cleaned or it just say dirty till you leave less you clean it yourself!!

The room was spacious and very clean! The bed was comfortable!

I was charged twice! When I checked out, the clerk said that it was the security deposit! I always look at the fine print and no where did it state that I would be charged a $119 service charge. She said that with booking.com you have to look in their detailed booking information! I always use booking.com and never had this happen before! She said the funds would be released in 3-5 days as long as I didn’t steal or destroy something! That is unacceptable!!🤬

Worth every penny

I absolutely loved the layout of the room, the spa tub and the high end shower. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

The workers were very nice, unfortunately my room was not clean at all and i was looking forward to this stay. Was not a good time at all we checked in and left in the span of an hour.

Sydney at the front desk was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. Convenient stop off the highway with easy access to a Kroger's.

Halls smelled strongly of weed and we awoke to a man painting outside our room in the hall and then opened our curtains to see him outside our window. Most of the breakfast was good, but the folded over eggs in the heating tray were still frozen and there was no coffee made when we got there. Had to wait a long time for coffee. The woman prepping everything was working really hard, so I wouldn't blame her, but it was disappointing.

Convvenient location for us.

Asked for and had scheduled room service; failed both times. Shortage of staff.... That's OK once, not twice. Management was partially accomodating with a 5% discount. We stayed for 5 nights. 5% to bus my own room? I don't think so......will not be back.
