The comforter, blinds, the bathroom lights 🤣, and the patio area with fire pit was the cherry on top. Excellent on all aspects!!

Check in and out very quick. Super polite and professional. Exceptionally clean room. Everything worked perfectly and felt safe. Restaurant am buffet staff was excellent.

The blinds do not block any sunrise light and is very disruptive to sleep!!

Location is good, building is pretty new

The staff, the staff, the staff. The check-in lady was rude and didn’t honor the breakfast included for half of our party-because I so expected half of our party to fast… Our room key didn’t work. The fire alarm went off within an hour of our arrival, the staff curtly told everyone-false alarm and didn’t apologize. The breakfast is overpriced and sub-par. The coffee was cold, there was no water, juice etc available. The warm food was cold, the portions were stingy. There were zero allergy or vegan options available-my son basically couldn’t eat anything. They charge $15 per person for breakfast (or 2 for $15 if you book in advance)—for about $2 worth of food. I had to buy a second breakfast for my 3 teenagers elsewhere. There were no to go options. The standard Holiday Inn To Go bags were not available. And they expected tipping-I rudely informed them that I’d already paid a $15 dollar tip for the breakfast included they didn’t honor. The breakfast attendant was rude and kept trying to convince us we’d gotten a good deal with the 2 for 15 voucher (the one we shouldn’t have had to purchase). She rudely commented on what my teens were or were not eating and drinking. Every family in the breakfast room was experiencing the same behavior-the family next to us was only given vouchers for one breakfast for a multiple day stay. Another family got charged for their kids (in a hotel that claims kids eat free). Other people were getting charged for drinks that are normally included in a standard Holiday Inn Breakfast. The laundry had really short hours-we needed to do emergency laundry and ended up handwashing it. Nice building, horribly run. I’ve stayed in hotels that have had serious issues (like AC that rained on you) and not complained, but the rude staff was unacceptable.

We were told that we could order off the menu for breakfast, but ended up having to pay for a very simple buffet that would have been included in the price had we stayed at Holiday Inn Express instead… Apparently the chef could not keep up with actual orders so they chose to put out just the simple buffet instead. And I get it, because I understand the difficulty of staffing a restaurant, but people were paying $16 per person for eggs, meat, fruit and toast. The price of the room for what we needed it for (just to sleep) was not worth it ultimately

It was a clean and comfortable hotel.

The breakfast was not a value. $16 for crappy eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes and French toast. It was not a good breakfast.

I love the people and how nice the place is. We go to this area several times a year and we always stay at this hotel.

We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was buy a burger meal and get one free day and the meal was delicious. Next morning we had the breakfast at the restaurant and it was great. Would stay there again for sure.

Our bathroom was a little dirty (had hair on the floor). But it was fine. Didn't know if breakfast was included.

The location was nice

The staff was inattentive, guests were extra loud and noisy throughout the lobby and no one seemed to care. The gym was freezing. We booked this particular spot for a pool and the pool was closed. The breakfast was not included and was pricey and we opted to eat else where. I also left my $300 hair straightener that was a gift from my Memaw in the room and when called to ask someone to get it for me I was told it wasn’t in the room and I not I certainly forgot it in the room. Really heart broken over this entire stay

Modern bright interior. Large rooms. Comfortable rooms. Everything looked clean and fresh. Free parking.

Although it all looked very clean, our bathroom smelled very strongly. We were not sure what it was but it was unpleasant. You could not turn the ac unit off completely, so it was a bit noisy.

Friendly staff. We liked the Grape Leaf restaurant in walking distance.

The bathroom door kept closing automatically.
