Comfort Suites Perrysburg - Toledo South

It was filthy! The sheets were dirty. Visible dust. So gross! The staff weirdly walked us up to our room and cam in with us. They are renovating but there were pieces of drywall all over the floors. Screws, nails, construction trash on the stairs. AWFUL

When i booked the room there was no mention of construction taking place at the time. Check in time was at 3: 00 pm . I showed up at 2:30 to see if the room was available a little earlier but was told that it wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes which was fine since I was early anyways. After 30 minutes went by I went back to check in and was told it would be 5 more minutes because they were checking over the room one last time. 30 minutes go by and the room still wasn’t ready so i inquired about it and was told that they were going over the room one last time ,at this time I told the guy at the front desk that i was told 5 minutes over half an hour ago and that i had my room reserved well in advance and that my room should have been ready for the time that i paid for. I asked for a discount on the room and then the guy at the front desk started acting like he didn’t understand English and his grammar changed. He gave me 2 bottles of water for my wife and I to compensate us . He finally said the room was ready and when we got to the room only one of the keys worked so i went back down to the front desk and he said he would bring another key back up to us ( his English skills suddenly improved this time around and he understood everything that was being said this time around as long as it wasn’t about a discount) i went back to the room and my wife said that the room was dirty with hair in the shower and the microwave had food splattered everywhere.

I did not know they were doing construction or remodeling on the hotel. If I wouldn't know and I would have stayed somewhere else. I ordered a king run with hot tub and the heater in the room was now working. It was ice cold, so I had to get another run without a hot tub. It was my birthday to

It wasn’t the hotel it was the weather we couldn’t go because we were under a level 2 snow storm I tried to get a refund or something but I didn’t know how how to do it

Left before breakfast. Had a king room but the layout was odd the tv was by the bed instead of the sofa. Other than that all was good. Comfy bed

i really like this hotel's layout. It just needs to be maintained better and updated. a good makeover of the rooms and deep cleaning. Otherwise, it is such a beautiful and quiet hotel. I enjoyed my stay

Loved the room, it was great. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very basic. Many restaurants around the area. A huge amount of traffic in the area getting into the hotel.

Room grout needs repair. Very loose tile by the whirlpool. I wasnt aware the whirlpool room has a deposit either. Fire alarm went off about 4 in the morning and had to take a nap in the car. A day may or may not be refunded.
