I loved that there was an airport shuttle that ran every 20 minutes, which gave me access to CTA and city buses at MDW, as well as my flight. Was very excited that there was a Lou Malnati‘s pizza restaurant just two blocks away. The staff in the hotel was very friendly. My room was absolutely spotlessly clean, spacious, plush towels and bedding, and nicely decorated. Great breakfast with lots of variety.
The booking was a little more than I really wanted to pay, but I was satisfied with the accommodations.

Just was very upset you advertised a hot tub and there was none we were there for my brothers funeral really wanted that to relax and there was none it was very disappointing
Get the the Jacuzzi specially since you’re advertising it that would be bad for business for false advertisement, especially when someone’s looking forward to something like that
