Good for short stays

Room was ok, bed were comfortable and pretty clean. Warm enough and there were towels. Breakfast was great! A lot of options! Suggested for short stays!

I didn't like the fact that it was so noisy up until 3:00 a.m. in the morning and I had to get up at 8:00 a.m. so I was not happy with my sleep stay because it was too noisy and they say noisy running in and out slamming doors knocking on doors it was just too noisy that night

I loved the friendly staff. The entrance was inviting..the rooms were spacious and clean. They have a fridge and microwave. Just enough options for breakfast. The waffles and eggs were good.

One complaint is the shower in one of the rooms. It was handicapped accessible shower. The detachable head faces the bathroom floor so u have to hold it the entire time so the water dosen't spray on the floor. Very inconvenient but our other room was perfect (regular shower). 2nd. The mattress could be a bit more comfy

Good choice for a few days in Chicago

The staff from the lobby was super nice and helpful (mainly Sandra who is fluent in English and Spanish), the breakfast is great value added and the shuttle service to the airport was amazing, I used it almost everyday to catch the metro and get back to the hotel. Usually to get from the hotel to "the bean"/downtown, took us like 50 mins(including the shuttle time to the metro) which was shorter than I expected. Also the mini fridge and microwave are great deals

The new cleaning guideliness are a bit confusing, I understand most places are doing it for "environmental reasons" (also to reduce personnel cost), however, when you come as a tourist and come with shopping bags, pizza, etc...at least taking the trash out of the room everyday would be nice. Also the sliding door from the bathroom is weird and cant close it correctly (additionally the bathroom was too close to the bed, the other person can hear everything). I was with my wife there but even us thought it was like having an open bathroom door.

Our tv cable was out of the wall so no tv access, our phone was broken, the people above us were stomping around and slamming doors until 1 am.

I like that there is a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. I kept mentioning how much I liked that the fridge was actually cold. Some places that have a fridge, it doesn't keep the food cold

Minor inconveniences at a high price

The room is clean. Once, the sink drain got clogged, but the staff fixed it on the same day I reported it without any fuss. The accommodation is in a relatively good location. If the bus runs on time, it is close to Midway Station, and from there you can take the orange line to downtown. There is a large Walmart within walking distance, if needed.

The air conditioner was loud and could not be turned off or silenced. During breakfast on the last two days, mainly water came out of the drink dispenser (it worked fine the rest of the time). Noises could be heard from the hallway. The bathroom was not separated from the rest of the room by a door and was relatively cramped. I found the price to be high.

Never Again!

The gentleman working the front desk was amazing! He was friendly and accommodating. The proximity to Midway Airport was a plus for sure.

After walking through the corridor, which is pungent with the smell of weed, we were hit in the face with the horrible odor emanating from the AC unit. It smells like dirty, musty mop. We expected the rooms to be old-looking but after two ants crawled on me as I was laying in bed, another crawling on the nightstand, and countless others on the sill above the AC unit, we requested a room change. The 2nd room had maintenance issues with the lights AND faced the street so it sounded like we were IN the traffic. The 3rd room was ok. The front desk person was kind enough to inspect it AND spray it down so it didn't smell so old and musty. This place should be condemned, knocked down, and rebuilt. It's disgusting.

It was a place to sleep. But booking.com was a price of $367.91 and I ended having to pay $603.55 when I got there. WAYY

The room smelt like dog pee, had burn marks in the carpet (a non smoking room), the shower was dirty, and the shower would leave a puddle on the floor every time it was used.

It was just okay. I’m a germ-a-phobe so the gross walls were disturbing to me.

Room 233 has plumbing issues..oddly they were only evident in the morning. Maybe this is equated to the number of guest using the plumbing at the same time ?? Also, please have your cleaning staff wipe down the walls. The walls in this unit were gross. This is something standard cleaning would correct but it has gone unattended for so long now it’s just plain gross.

I didn't like that we had to ask to get our room clean. The rug in room 333 had alot of stains on the carpet and on the lamp shades. I asked for one of the rooms to have handicap rails in shower being that I was traveling with my elderly mother when I booked. That didn't happen so we had to make do.

It was in a general location definitely like that and I got family on Westside and Southside. 20 min commute both ways

Well it wasn't so pleasant the shower was nasty looking had to put towel on the floor. Spray disinfectant on everything but other then that and this week it was more not for sure why it's not the Hilton or Marriott..
