    Decent place to stay for a night. Everything is average and pretty much what I expected at the price point.

    The room is nice, service and location is nice. It the doors need adjustment. Shower door, bathroom door, room door, exterior doors all don't shut right and make a lot of noise or have huge gaps.

    Our experience at Sleep Inn Midway Airport was extremely disappointing. We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM after a long trip, expecting a smooth check-in, but the welcome we received was very poor. The receptionist asked for a $100 deposit by credit card. Unfortunately, our card was not working at that moment, so we politely asked if we could pay the deposit in cash instead. She refused and called the manager, who also refused without trying to help us find any solution. What shocked us the most was that instead of showing understanding or trying to assist tired guests late at night, they simply told us to cancel the reservation and find another hotel — at 10 PM. After several attempts and asking friends to send us another card to pay the deposit, we finally managed to check in. The room itself was clean, and the receptionist the next morning was cheerful and much more welcoming, which we appreciated. However, there was no room service available, and the hotel is also quite far from the city center. Overall, the lack of empathy and professionalism during check-in completely ruined the experience for us, and I would not choose to stay here again.

    This hotel was a God send after I quickly left my first accommodation due to a roach infestation. This hotel was clean, staff was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
