The staff

The property, the parking, the guest laundry is a joke, not even free coffee let alone breakfast! Charged me for smoking in the room when all we did was had a cake with 2 candles on it for our anniversary/valentines day for the number of years together.

Nice hotel for a weekend getaway

My room was very nice newly renovated had a balcony that I paid extra for but none the less it was a nice room

I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have breakfast or the fact that it’s $30 a day to park but when I stayed a Doubletree hotel across the lot a few weeks ago they don’t charge for parking

When I was checking in I was told it would be $30 to park and I questioned it and the lady blamed it on the city of Chic

Do not recommend

Room was full of fruit fly and them insects bite. I tried to spray them out . The next day I received a letter charging me $ 260 for smoking . I will not recommend this place to anyone .

The location was nice, close to the airport and free way. The restaurant attached was good.

After the first night, we spoke to the front desk about our air conditioning wasn’t working, the room was not cooling and the fan in the unit was not on. Front desk said maintenance would be up. We left and when we got back our AC was the same, and the front desk would not do anything about it.

Clean affordable friendly

The place was wonderful. They have a 24 hr shuttle to Midway which was great. We were able to return the rental in the evening so we didn’t have to worry about it with our 5:25 am flight. Great stay

It was close to the airport and to my family. I liked that there was TGI Fridays next door. The bed was comfortable.

The place did not offer complementary coffee in the lobby. The rooms did not have hairdryers. The room smelled funny and the bedsheet had a big stain on it. I will attach a photo.

The remote terrible, cable in 2023?, pool closed at 9pm? What's with the light switches for the bathrooms and location of coffee pot? Got this hotel specifically for the pool til 11pm as we have volleyball athletes who excel with night time aqua aerobics. We are there often and now easier to find another hotel for the team.

We had a quick, overnight visit, but the service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfy.

We had a last-minute, unplanned stay after we missed our connecting flight out of Midway, and arrived very late and tired. The gentleman who checked us in (I forgot his name) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He made us feel welcome and I could tell he was trying to move the check in process along quickly so we could get some rest. That was a highlight and a lovely experience.

I did not eat breakfast, but our friends who did were not very impressed by the food.

The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The little shop next to the check in office did not have enough supplies. It had snacks but didn’t have bare necessities like aspirin, hair brush, etc.
