Prefect hotel for the perfect little get away!

Great place to stay whether it’s a short getaway or a long vacation.

It’s in a convenient location that allowed me to be close to family but still have my own space. The 24/7 coffee is a great bonus, I made sure to grab some every time I walked by. The complimentary breakfast was also very helpful and tasty. The staff were also always friendly and professional.

The handle to my faucet kept coming off, the sink still worked though, we just kept having to put it back on.

It was comfortable, safe and pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff is awesome and the rooms and facilities are always clean.

Lots of families and traveling teams and traveling workers use this facility. They might benefit from additional washers and dryers. They only have one. The breakfast wasn't my favorite and I realize these are tough times providing food. The coffee is always weak and I like mine strong. I do miss a microwave in the room.

I checked in electronically and understood that I would go staight to my room with no contact. I had to check in at the desk and it was a time-consuming process, more time consuming than I am used to.

The one thing I didn't like was I booked 2 rooms, and they were on different floors. If I didn't want the rooms next to each other, I wouldn't have booked 2 rooms at the same time.

Exactly what you would expect for a hotel.

The place was very clean, the staff were efficient and had quick response to requests. From check in to check out went seamlessly. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The breakfast left something to be desired, but what can I say it was free. The pool is a bit small and there is no hot tub, but again finding both in a hotel seems impossible.

The front staff member was so nice and went the extra mile to make our 5 year old happy! Our king room was spacious! It was updated with many charging options. The sitting area had a side table, rolling foot stools in addition to the table area with extra lighting. The bed lamps had additional book lights! The bathroom area was big with modern sliding doors separating the living area. It had a mini refrigerator, microwave and extra sink in the kitchen area. Really pretty room! The pool area had an outdoor patio. Breakfast had several hot options. This location was right by a stadium with many soccer games still being played late. The building was quiet.

Front desk staff were excellent, responsive, friendly, helpful.

Breakfast was pretty spare for a Hampton, disappointing. The side table wasn’t clean, and there was makeup on one of the pillowcases. Alexa at the front desk, fixed it right away, but disappointing again.

Our trip was full, and we only stopped by one morning and I only had a cup of yoghurt. Did really see anything else I wanted.

I didn't like the fat that the front desk had bags that was given to guest and i witnessed one being given to a guest in front of me and when I asked about it, she did explain to me what was in the bag, but I wasn't offered one.

Pretty much everything. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and pretty. The breakfast was really good.

Complete fiasco---absolute worst experience ever!

I reserved the room from booking.com and received several emails saying that they were looking forward to our stay. when we called for the shuttle, we found out there was none, at 11:00pm. We were under the impression that they had shuttle 24/7. We had to hire a taxi, and when we arrived, Hampton did not have our reservation, even though I showed her our confirmation numbers from both booking.com and hampton inn. Long and short--we were stranded without a room at midnight in Chicago. This was the single worst travel experience we have ever had and we'll never use booking.com or hampton inn again.

The comfort of the rooms was awesome. The rooms were clean and affordable. The comfort of booking on line.

We drove from Arkansas to attend my Father-In-Love Funeral. We ran into a blizzard and ran 3 or 4 hours later than anticipated and only had the room for 1 hour because we had to be at the Homegoing Service at 10 am. I attached a note stating that we would be running late and also that we would pay on the property, Once we arrived, they had already taken the money from our card. We had two rooms and I am so glad that we did not book the other 2 rooms in advance. Also, after traveling for over 600 miles we could not even shower because there were no washcloths. Although the young lady was apologetic, we never received washcloths as needed. And there was no breakfast as stated.
