I would stay again!

The breakfast was good. The only complaint was the hot water was not working, and we had to take lukewarm showers. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and the location is unbeatable!

They could have warned us about the hot water being out. By the time we left, it was back on.

Great stay - would stay here again

Very close to Chicago midway airport. Easy check in. We only stayed one night and they ended up upgrading us to a suite free of charge. Suite was spacious and comfortable. The basic cable channels worked out fine too.

The breakfast was very short. It was over at 9am most places I’ve stayed stopped at 10:30am so I did not like that so much. We almost missed it

Great location & service for a stay in Chicago

The location was perfect near the Midway Airport. We had no issues with the shuttle service to the airport to pick up the the Orange train into the city. The staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. They were quick to address our issue with the door key entry not working and the AC unit that was very loud. The breakfast options were great too.

The remote didn't work well with the TV, had to press the buttons hard and several times to get it to respond.

The manager (I’m afraid I don’t remember her name) went above and beyond to help me with a problem we were having with a rental car. She spent about an hour on the phone for us. Very caring and helpful.

Exceptional

The room was very clean, cool, and fresh smelling. I booked this room the day of due to my A/C unit breaking down on a very hot and humid day. We were very rushed and uncomfortable after a very restless night of 100+ degree weather. We arrived after 4pm and were very happy to find our room clean, cool, with crisp cool sheets. Best stay ever!
