wish I had an extra day

Turkey sausages would have been or multigrain bagels other than that nice hotel and service.

Only thing was there was a lot kids may have been a pool party but that's nothing on the hotel itself.

My stay at the Hyatt

It's always a pleasant visit to stay ,the staff was easy to speak with. The environment was clean , the room fresh the whole aesthetic nice.

Well maybe just two thing I would like see replace returning microwaves back to the rooms complimentary breakfast.

Clean, modern, well-connected to transit.

Free shuttle to Midway Airport and its Orange "L" station leaves every 20 min on the dot. Also picks up on regular schedule from airport and returns you to the hotel. That allows you to get to the downtown loop and back for $5.00. Tip the shuttle driver a couple of bucks - he just saved you an $8 Uber ride to the airport. Lots of restaurants within 1/2 mile walking distance.

Constant hip-hop music throughout lobby, hallways, and restaurant annoyed me.

It was a great place to stay close to Midway Airport.

The room was super nice and very clean. It was extremely quiet.

They offered breakfast but they didn’t have peanut butter or English muffins. They had cereal, toast, eggs, potatoes and sausage.

Hotel was Pleasant

The room was very clean, no complaint there. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Hotel was convenient to the airport.

Breakfast was nothing special. Not bad, just boring. Hotel was on a loop with several other hotels. Next time, I won't pay the higher rate and just stay in one of the others.

Relief for the weary

I loved the flavored water in the lobby, it was a super hot day and the receptionist saw me sweating and offered a fan to cool me off in that moment. I loved the computer access, and the bed comfortability, the little marketplace downstairs. The room was nice and it gave us the the rest we needed from a long trip.

I didn't like having to pay for breakfast, but it wasn't so bad. The thermostat kept turning on and off so it made it hard for me to stay sleep due to a need for noise.

Pretty clean, seemed newer, staff was kind.

The beds were not comfortable, neither was the pullout couch. The breakfast was served late and had very little to choose from for hot food. What there was to pick from was not good, we had to go somewhere else to eat. Very expensive for not a great stay.

The breakfast was outstanding. I have not stayed in many hotels, but I have stayed in a few, and the breakfast at the Hyatt was the best.

The only issue I had was that I didn't realize the room had a darkening shade, and each morning the sun would come in very early, waking me up. On the last day there, I realized there was an extra shade; however, one of the shades was broken. The only issue I encountered was that I didn't notice the darkening shade in the room. Each morning, sunlight would stream in very early, waking me up. On the last day of my stay, I discovered there was an additional shade, but unfortunately, one of the shades was broken.

Great first impression. The hotel is very clean and beautiful but some amenities were lacking.

Upon entering the hotel it was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly. I like the use of my room key to access the elevator. It was very secure. My room was very clean and the temperature was just right. I picked my husband up from the airport. He was also very pleased with the room and first look at the hotel. We are considering a staycation there.

No microwave in the room. Being that there are tons of restaurants surrounding the hotel, the Hyatt should accommodate it's customers with a microwave in the room. The choice of soaps and toiletries were subpar. The hotel should invest in more high end and better quality toiletries.

My one night was terrible

Nothing, TV was not working, could not put us on a better floor because they claim the hotel was booked. Do't have no robes. The room was very small. Hair was all on the floor in the bathroom. The showerbwas clean.

One of the best hotel stays and experiences we have had! The staff was exceptional, everything was so clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable and there was no weird smell that seems to be with so many hotels! They were able to accommodate our family and the early check in when half of our our party flew in. The hot breakfast buffet had plenty of options for the kids, my wife and I! They keep it fully stocked and warm the entire time for breakfast! Overall amazing experience will definitely be our new go to in Chicago area when traveling or visiting museums! The city is only 15 minutes!

The couch was dirty

The location & breakfast were great.

The pool was closed early & wasn’t open the next morning which was one of the main reasons I booked with the hotel. It was my daughter’s birthday & the children were very disappointed. The couches are dirty, There is no complimentary toothpaste, and the springs from the let out couch were in my back. Other than that it was great!
