Clean. Several lamps did not work. Cold air was entering room from under AC unit on wall.
Never informed by Staff there was a $30/day charge for parking at property. Complete "money grab". Completely unreasonable rate which would amount to almost 25% of the total rate for the room. Lost my future Business because of this rip off.

The breakfast was made for people that eat pork. You all really need to broaden your meals because there are a lot of people that do not eat pork and cannot eat a lot of carbs because they're diabetics. As far as the room, the room was cramped. It was not all that clean and the staff was horrible. I will never stay there again and you all overcharge for everything
I didn't like rooms the rooms. I did not like your continental breakfast or your breakfast that you have every morning that was nothing but carbs and pork. I'm a diabetic and I do not eat pork. I did not like the staff. They were very unprofessional and not friendly at all. They were terrible and the room wasn't all that great. The beds was uncomfortable

The gym facility was good. Nice space & equipment.
Breakfast. It was bought in which was an issue for us as my son has a peanut allergy & the hotel were unable to provide assurance of no contamination in products. We therefore had to have breakfast elsewhere which was disappointing as we’d booked the hotel because breakfast was included.

Tried to call the hotel for airport pickup but no one answered the phone. The hotel had airport pickup as part of the booking. Had to get a Uber. Hotel clerk did not seem to care.

There claimed to be an error with the spelling of my name in the computer at the front desk.
However, my booking confirmation # had the correct name, and the welcome email name was correct. Confirmation nimber and driver license given to front desk.
No complementary water given to the room. I asked and was told by the front desk that complemenary water was given to VIP members only.
WiFi not given at the time of check and was not in the room. Had to go back down stairs to get WiFi promo code.
Black out shade needed. Sun comes up and shines directly into the room.
Will not stay at this location again.

Location to airport. It’s also a much bigger size room than what you’ll find downtown.
Bed wasn’t as comfortable and made squeaky noises when you get on it. Lots of construction in the area so it was hard to get in.

The breakfast was delicious and very convenient. The only thing I did not like was the $75 per pet per stay then to have carpet in my room. Carpet is not pet friendly.

Breakfast was provided and had the staples (eggs, protein, bagles, waffles, etc), Ten minutes away from Midway airport. Close to major highway. Other food options in the area. Lots of parking (although it is not free). Overall my family enjoyed our stay.
Although there is ample parking, the only thing that I did not like was that parking was not included in the hotel expense. It is an expense that is taken out of the "incidental charge". It was $24 dollars a day. But compared to other cities like NYC that is relatively cheap.

Horrible Breakfast! At 6:15 am before we left, there were no eggs left, no sausages or bacon and the oatmeal was soupy looking. We ate toast and left.
No tissues in the room and no one would bring them to us.

Breakfast was decent. Could use more attention with refilling food as it runs out frequently. There is only one lady who is helping and she is so incredibly nice and does an amazing job, but she needs help there. It’s too many people trying to eat breakfast at the same time for just one lady to do all the work.
One of the receptionists was so incredibly unpleasant. I witnessed her belittle another guest when he couldn’t find the water fountain and made a face at him as he turned around. She was condescending to me. She lied to me and said there wasn’t ever any refills for the coffee sweetners, that they have never had any Splenda there. I could tell she did not want to look through the boxes below in the cabinet to find some Splenda for me and my wife. Nonetheless, she said “oh well we’ve never even had Splenda here so I don’t know.” The next morning after that unkind disgusting and hateful lady left, there was a fully replaced sweetener jar with plenty of Splenda. I wish I knew her name. She is not a young girl and she did not work at night. In the morning of Saturday May 24 at the front desk. Dark hair with thick black glasses.

The bathroom tub had hair in it, we upgraded to a double queen and got 2 double beds, trying to find a bottle of water was difficult they only had vending machines and everyone one every floor was empty, the rooms are really dated please get rid of carpet it is so unsanitary

First arrived, did not feel welcomed the staff was acting like they were confused about my booking in the middle of us trying to resolve the issue the same staff member who was helping me started checking another guest in. The presentation of the hotel was not at all what I expected for what I paid. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable and the bathroom was outdated reminded me more of a motel hallway carpets are old and dirty during my stay they did have people cleaning them which disturbed my sleep overall wouldn't stay or recommend this place it's too many other hotels in the same plaza.

The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle were nice. There were no bed bugs after I conducted a full search but these are the only positives I have to share.
I requested a high floor room and was given first floor room 100 which is one inch away from the side exit door. It was extremely noisy at all hours of the night and the opening and closing of that side exit door makes a BOOM sound every time someone slams it open. People were loud at all hours & the traffic noise never did decrease which isn’t the hotels fault but something to note after an exhausting day of travel. I didn’t expect much from this hotel, I booked last minute due to a misconnection but it was not in good condition. I didn’t sleep under covers if that tells you anything.

They charged a deposit of $100. And each time they say it will be returned, it’s never returned. This visit I asked how do I get my deposit back, and they’re answer was 3rd party which is booking.com is responsible for my refund of the deposit. I stay often in this hotel and I have yet to see a deposit refund. My room is always clean when I leave and everything in place. I would like to continue staying but I need a response on deposit.
