Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Midway Airport

Good location with shuttle to airport.

Really old furniture. Not very clean. Weird knocking noise all night long. Would not stay here again. Disappointed in Hilton garden.

Cleanliness, accessibility.

When checking in basically got asked and she didn’t say anything else but here’s your room number. Thought she was very unprofessional and didn’t even inquire about if I had a car that I was parking on the premises.

Very tranquil despite its proximity to midway airport, near a bus route so great location. Easy check-in by a friendly and helpful member of staff at front desk, room clean and well stocked.

Staff were nice and friendly. I worked in the business center during the stay and it was perfect to take conference calls. Common areas were clean.

Didn’t like we had to pay for parking during our 10 day stay. The food area wasn’t inviting and the pool was very cold making it hard to enjoy.

The breakfast, we called down at 9;45 and was told the cost was $10 a person, there was hardly any food and the French toast was hard like a rock. The last day of our stay we ate there again they ran out of milk.

The location was nice and spacious.

The jacuzzi tub side panel was off the tub, broke and lying on the floor. The toilet in the full washroom stopped working around 12:00 am. Luckily, there was a second washroom in the room. When I called the front desk, they told me it was no one working overnight. I have pictures of the toilet and tub panel, but I'm having a hard time uploading the photos.

This trip was so important, as it was my daughter's 18 birthday.. as soon as we checked in the room the toilet flooded . So they moved us to another room that apparently was not cleaned very well we found dirty Tupperware filled with rotting food . We called the office. to inform them.. we went to dinner that night and when we came back, left my daughters in the room to walk around the property. My daughter called me and asked if they go get some water. I said yes go to the front desk and the young man working there was very rude to them charge them for the bottled water as opposed to charging it to the room... when they informed me I came back and I went to the hotel market and he seemed very irritated that we were there.. again the next morning we called the office to inform the manager of our experience.. Sunday was check out and it was a lot going on, I had realized I left an item in the room, and I immediately called the hotel.. they found it, but want me to pay for it to be shipped back.. I love the neighborhood that this hotel is in . It's perfect for shopping and leisure. I stay in this neighborhood a lot when I vacation here, but I will never stay at this hotel again experience was not the fun relaxing place to stay .. when we booked this hotel we booked it originally because it had an indoor pool. My health is not the best and I had to have a heart catheter literally days before a trip so we figured with the pool that would be low packed exercise that I could do.. we never got a chance it was always filled with kids from the time it opened to the time it closed at 11 PM.. I love the city, but would never book here again..

Very nice hotel clean, comfy beds and nice workers

Area, barricades blocking entrances made it difficult to get to hotel. I also did not understand why we had to pay for parking.

The location is very convenient to the airport.

The woman who checked us in last night very rude and seemed racist. When asked a question she was very condescending and short. Her disposition was nasty and I didn’t appreciate how she spoke with me.

It was quiet and comfortable.

With all of the parking available on the property it was absolutely ridiculous to have gotten charged $25.00/day to park. I think this was deliberately withheld because it was never disclosed during the booking process. However, I know you don't care so I won't be using your properties again!

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and super nice! Made sure I had a room that fit my entire family and was super accommodating!

Had to with staff and booking was charged for a room that booking canceled on me. Didn’t get the room I requested after they canceled on. They called 8am left no message no return number. Got charged way too much.
