Nice, Basic, Clean,and Reasonably Priced. Great Location for dining and shopping.

Do not enough pillows and you could hear dogs parking all night.

The staff was really nice. I did have to wait over 30 minutes to check in. I was standing at the counter and nobody came and then when somebody did come, they checked in and another lady before me who came 25 minutes after me that kind of rubbed me the wrong way however, they were very nice and accommodating after that that was the only incident I really had. They were super nice after that, so would I ever stay there again? Definitely the staff was amazing.

When I walked into the room, it smell like armpits so bad I almost threw up. I had to clean the whole room myself because of the smell was so bad. The floor was terribly sticky with red stuff all over it. I thought it was blood, but it want to be in a Kool-Aid or some thing all of the floor

Almost everything else There were stains on the bed Hair in the tub Sheets/blankets smelled dirty we had to go to Walmart and purchase our own. Staff was rude and not accommodating At All Hospitality was horrible. We had to bring our towels from day one down to the lobby to get fresh towels. Our plane was delayed so we did not arrive until 2am in November 7th though our reservation was for the 6-10th . I called the hotel when we were notified we would be delayed and they did nothing! So when we arrived it was A DEBATE !! When we finally arrived they tried to charge me an extra 80$ stating that our reservation had expired and they had to book me a new reservation. I had to go back and forth with him for several minutes on why would a pay MORE when we missed an e tire day staying at the hotel . Only to find out he was trying to book us for an additional day. No one was at the desk and we had to stand in the doorway and wait until someone finally answered the phone and eventually came to let us in. The lobby smelled horrible like marijuana although there were multiple no smoking signs . Horrible experience!! We left after the 2nd night we didn’t even stay the last day we were supposed to . And the receptionist desk was closed so we couldn’t even check out !! there was no way to sleep The wall right beside my bed sound like water running through it the entire night and there was a knocking sound like a pipe or something was loose and being knocked around in the, wall and it was constant! Banging and bumping on the ceiling n walls all night Sink was broke and we had to pull the stopper out with our hands.because it would fill up with water and it cracked up paint around the mirror was chipped and rusty. It was just absolutely not a place id ever recommend

The location

When we arrived the worker was in the middle of helping a customer with a domestic dispute with her significant other. From the sounds of it he had pulled a knife out on her. Once we checked in and walked into our room it was dirty. Trash in the middle of the floor and food on the counter. Was given another room and it wasn’t what i had reserved. So i was issued a refund

Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

Room was very clean. The Front Desk Clerk was very nice and courteous. The drive to the airport was about 15 minutes.

The bed was just springs and no padding. Slept horrible before our 4 hour flight. Actually did not sleep at all. A lot of tossing and turning.

I like the Room equipped with a Microwave and electric hotplates for cooking, the spacious room, and the bathroom. There is a utility store near the filling station to buy snacks, drinks, and daily amenities. The WoodSpring also has a vending machine on the ground floor for the same. The free coffee was available from 7-11 AM every day. Well-connected via CTA metro and bus services. There are a lot of eateries like McD's, Papa John's Pizza nearby.

There was no free regular room service, no free high-speed wifi.

I dislike nothing

There was only one elevator for the whole building! It did malfunction during my stay. We would have had to take the stairway up to the 4th floor or wait for an emergency repairman to come. Luckily the man at the front desk did whatever and got it to working.

I have stayed here a few times and have always liked the modern updates and feel.

I didn’t like that the property was infested with adult and baby ROACHES. I was moved from one room to another and both had roaches large and small. The beds in the second room I was offered were dirty as well. I had to wait until 9:30AM (front desk opens at 8AM) to ask for a THIRD room. I was not hostile and was told by KEN the GM that I can just contact booking.com for a refund with no in between. I was then checked out of the hotel by him according to booking and that was BEFORE I requested a refund and I never told him I was checking out. The fact that I wasn’t offered a different room or even a credit was very unprofessional.

Location was ideally near Midway.

Vending machine took my money and did not give me anything. Room did not have any shampoo, conditioner, clean feeling. Felt dirty and super thin walls, you could hear everything.

It was in a decent area

Our room was not clean it had stains on the bed the bed only had 2 pillows and they were flat I went and asked for more and the person at the front desk said they didn’t have any extra pillows onsite also there was a foul odor in the hallway that would creep In my room it smelt like trash it was bad me and my boyfriend had to literally run to our room real Quick cause the smell would make you gag my key card didn’t work for any of the doors except my room and our tv was half dark half light it was okay for one night but probably will not be coming back.

There were not pots or pans or plates in the room. There was no silverware. And we only got 2 towels for 3 guests. The desk attendant was doing the best he could. It's not his fault. But the amenities did not make what was advertised.

The staff was not friendly. We had been driving for a long time, and while I did not expect to receive a room earlier than 3pm, we had stopped in early since we had no where else to go. We needed a restroom, and they had a unisex one in the lobby, but we were told we weren’t allowed to use it because it’s not a public restroom. In the evening, we got our room and it was dirty.

3 days I ask for pillow - 2 diffrent staff they couldn't find one for us !!! It seems very hard request - coffe machin wasn't working

No hair dryer, no lotion, no shampoo and its says in the website it has. Dont stay in thid hotel. Better stay at cheap motels in the nearby

Decent location for what I needed.

Dirty, the outer shell looks great, but once you step in the doors it’s like walking in another location.

Was told “systems were down and that we couldn’t be checked in.” We had prepaid through booking.com. Was told “try the Hilton up the road” by staff member. Was not even allowed into lobby. Wife is pregnant. Was forced to walk to closest hotel. Paid another $400 for a new hotel. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never be back.

Not cozy just a place to stay. Beds are hard and on a wire mattress frame. Bathroom was clean but would never stay there again. Didn't sleep majority of the night. Informed coworkers family and friends avoid this place. Would describe as BARE BONES!

Liked that it had a full kitchen

Towels were dirty with hairs on them and stains. Trash was not taken out daily. We stayed for 8 nights in total, we had to take out our own trash outside.

They did not have breakfast.

Everything. The hotel as a whole is substandard. It smells horrid. Smoking 25 feet from the hotel is not enforced. The entire property reeked of marijuana. There were no towels in my room when I checked in. When I asked for towels, the girl at the front desk was rude. Everything about this hotel is abhorrent.
