Still a great place to stay.

The staff was just as friendly as always. Very helpful and accommodating. The location is always the best. First time using shuttle service and the whole experience was awesome.

I have stayed at the hotel many times over the years. This is the frist time my room was not very clean. And the first time trash was over flowing in the lobby. I would still consider frequenting the hotel, i just noticed differences since February.

Freat night clerk, awesome A/C, comfy, clean bed.

Horrid hot and sticky Chicago. (88*f at 10 PM, 90% humidity. Late arrival, started raining. By the time we reached the hotel we were exhausted and hungry. Night clerk was great, booking perfect, A/C in the room fantastic.

It's an airport convenience. Construction surrounding the property is louder than overhead planes. Not the fault of Holiday Inn. BETTER signage to get into the parking lot during construction is needed.

Noisy location but great staff

The staff were truly wonderful!!

The street noise was really bad since it's set at the intersection of the property and not further back. The TV seemed to have a locked 3 hour sleep on it. The TV at least covered the street noise until it would turn itself off. Also, I didn't think to check if there was a pool since I've never been to a Holiday Inn that didn't have one.

My stay was good due too the employees greeting me everyday

I liked how my husband and I were able to check in early. We would have had to wait after arriving to the hotel around 8:00 AM but due to the help of the receptionist, he had Housekeeping prepare the room sooner.

The carpet on the steps looked liked the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The room was clean, and friendly staff. Its located less than 10 minutes from Midway Airport.

The shuttle was 20 minutes late picking us up. At the time we didn't realize the shuttle stops at multiple hotels. Ours was the last hotel stop before going to the airport.

Parking not free but free shuttle to airport made up for it. The tub in hotel room not draining properly so we had to stand in about 6in of water while showering.

Check in was fine, the ladies serving the breakfast were phenomenal and very gracious

The blower for the AC in the room could not be controlled and the fan was on constantly very annoying. Also I did not at all enjoy being assigned to the first floor very noisy
