The hotel was Excellent! Great Staff! Great Stay! Perfect Location! Room was immense with great amenities! Bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was filling! I can say so many more great things about this hotel. I’ll sum it up with Superb!!
Valet parking was extremely slow, For $70 a day I shouldn’t have to wait 30-45 mins for my car especially when I called ahead for it.

Conveniently located in downtown Chicago.
Our thermostat was broken and the room was too cold but at least they were able to gives us extra blankets.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Nice place if you want an apartment. Breakfast was included which is a great advantage!
I didn’t like the location much. It is a pretty long walk (30 min) to the major sites in the downtown such as the bean, the Institute of Art, etc. However, the major issue was squeaky doors. I was very surprised because it seems like an easy fix. Also, in one of our rooms the AC control was broken so we were not able to set the right temperature.
