    Went for low price. Check in person was rude. Room small. Furniture scuffed. Not near metro, only buses. Rigid check out time. Inadequate check out staff.

    Located right by Chicagos Magnificent mile it is a great choice of location and a very classic Chicago building very well maintained and a amazing restaurant in lobby for Breakfast lunch and dinner highly recommend it as a safe place to stay in the Chi

    Great location. My only complaint is the ridiculous "resort fee" that is added on for no reason.

    The hotel room, staff, and service were great, but I do not like the parking garage they recommended because I had to double-pay to park. I am still trying to get a refund for my first attempt to enter the parking garage, but no luck. I paid for parking, but couldn't access or park until I paid for a second ticket.
