I didn’t like the deposit fee. I didn’t like the people at the front desk. I didn’t like the stuff that didn’t work inside the hotel room. It was outdated for the price again on mind blown about the deposit. The front desk person said you guys didn’t have ice apparently you did because you guys went in the back and opened up a restaurant style ice machine. Everything that I experience was absolutely horrible. I will never be returning or recommending this hotel ever again to anybody.

I liked that the property had so many amenities to offer and was nearby to food and so many stores. Safe location, breakfast included and over the top customer service without a doubt.

I did not like that the unit we had was both outdated and run down, the room was either not cleaned properly or sat for a while without being rented as I had to clean both bathtubs and they were extremely dirty before even showering there. If I hadn’t booked for a special occasion and had all activities lined up I may have reconsidered my stay due to the uncertainty of cleanliness throughout especially the carpeted areas. I also wasn’t aware that they have long term rentals which doesn’t make or break my stay but would have been nice if we weren’t in a room near the long term renters as I feel like the quality of our room reflects as such. I expected a more modern room with it being 2026 and I think that management should invest into their property a bit more if they expect travelers to want to return.

Did its duty of being a place to rest. Staff was sweet, slept peacefully, & location was great!

It was close to the airport and all the locations of the events I flew in to attend.

Having to find parking if the ones near our room was already taken. There were some trash from someones previous stay under the couch but nothing too crazy.

The reviews were misleading. The place had a smell, ants crawling on wall in bathroom. Reported to front desk and nothing mentioned how can we fix this and nothing. You would think to keep a customer happy and i don't recommend especially for the price. Noone says have to put a deposit down besides your payment. Didn't understand that

We were in the bottom floor. We constantly heard people/kids running and jumping for hours at night. Super annoying but its bound to happen when youre on the ground floor. Resort cant control it. Renters just need to be more mindful and considerate.

Lots of debris on slider door jam. Housekeeping never showed I rate the room 5 out of 10 overall.

The breakfast was very good.

Very noisy A/C, especially when it comes on in the middle of the night when you are trying to sleep. $15 for parking per day was not explained when room was booked.

Great location and good stay overall.

Location was perfect for what I needed. Easy access to freeways and tons of shopping options nearby. Parking was plentiful and close to the room. It was nice to have breakfast included. It wasn't anything fancy, but had enough options to choose from. I was allowed to check in early too, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight.

Carpeting in the room did not feel clean - it was dark brown and impossible to tell if it was dirty or clean. Would have much preferred flooring versus carpet in a hotel room. Also, there was a gross brown/yellow stain around the bathtub (room 1111) that just made everything feel unclean. Even though there were no other visibly unclean areas, the perception from the dirty bathtub gave the overall impression that things weren't cleaned as thoroughly as they should be.

Had to pay for parking (ridiculous). The place was not very clean, Master bathroom shower didn't drain, gross! The breakfast was subpar. Outside needs TLC. Stairs questionable.

The breakfast was good, not all staff were rude. The gym was good.

Rooms were dirty, pool was stained. The A/C wasn't working in our first room and it was dirty..so I called to request another room..the staff who I spoke to was rude, short and unapologetic. He assumed that we were not Marriott rewards members. He told us that he would not move us again and that we had to cooperate? I didn't see how we weren't cooperating. So they move us to an upstairs unit. We have children so it was not a good idea. But we had no choice..

Great set up for families and good value for money

Good size room for a family. Great having a little kitchen. The sports court, swimming pool, jacuzzi were great. A nice place to stay for a family. Breakfast was good. Lots of options.

Disposable plates and cutlery used for breakfast created so much waste.

great home away from home

We enjoyed our two night stay. I wished we would have stayed here longer since the penthouse had a full kitchen and living space. We BBQed the first night were stayed and were able to cook our other meals so it was great. We were impressed with the breakfast choice options. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to welcome us and make accomdations such as early/late check-in/out .

The grill was out of gas, which they knew when we reported it and promptly brought us some. The fire pit was great but one was out of gas as well and they did not have another tank to replace it. Large property and they only had one luggage rack which porters/staff used for their own cart so we couldn't use it at check out.
