Bad service

I paid for a 2 queen beds and was given a single bed. Tryed to check in at night but id scanner didn't work so I had to come back in the morning when the office open. So I lost an entire night and the staff at the front desk were rude and had bad customer service.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke, there was no soundproofing, even from the windows, you could hear everything everyone was saying. The door didn’t look like it shut all the way, even when locked. The bath towels were so small. They looked like face towels. The property look like it belonged behind a liquor store, it was dirty, cluttered and just looked seedy! At first, there was no one at the reception desk, then a man walked in to check me in, and he was rude, disinterested, and really didn’t care to be there. I would not recommend this place.

The only thing worth it was the location, the rest left a lot to be desired!

The room and bathroom had many small cockroaches, the bathroom was not washed/disinfected very well... (terrible hygiene!! Very strong smell of cigarettes inside the room and the mattress was very deformed and unbearable ) . We also found a small cockroach inside the sheets ! Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos because the receptionist saw them and he himself was killing the cockroaches in the room!

I will never stay here again

The whole place was a bad experience over all , the manager or whoever he was very rude to us. We booked 2weeks plus in advance and they still gave us the wrong room. On top of that it was the longest check in, he was helping us and answering the phones at the same time very unprofessional. Also we got there at 330 enough time to clean right? But no the rooms where disgusting smelled like pee the tvs were dirty no remotes definitely not wat i expected after driving 4hours

The location has an awesome variety of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, check in and check out were seamless. Friendly staff.

Room was clean but there was a slight mildew smell to it once I opened the door. I opened the window and had the air circulating and everything was good. The room I booked was supposed to be a queen but it seemed like a double, too small.

There was no breakfast provided. The room was clean which I appreciated for the price.

This location provided us a disgusting and uninhabitable room with mold and a toilet that didn’t flush and a front desk

Location was easy off the freeway.

Front desk man was extremely rude and condescending. The toilet in our room didn’t work and he wouldn’t give us another room because we had already sat on the beds. He said the man that could fix it would be there the next day. There was also mold and wood in the bathroom that looked unsafe and unsanitary. We ended up checking out and leaving that night and he refused to give us a refund. I’m waiting to hear back from their customer service team.

When I arrived it was hard to find the front desk because they were remodeling and the clerk was working out of one of the rooms but there was not a sign. I was walking all over the Motel trying to find the office with my bags. The Wifi in room 247 didn't work. I had the right password and it connected to a hotspot for about 5 minutes, then it didn't work anymore. I try to connect but it wouldn't do it again, plus it wasn't secure connecting to a hotspot. There was trash all over the parking lot in the morning.
