It was ugly no phones in room not clean had bad cigarette burns on the linen no housekeeper came to clean the rooms. It smelt really bad. The place is poorly no hot tub like they said cigarette buds all thrown on the floor outside and the rooms are breaking down. It’s crappy then you have to pay extra to upgrade to the nicer rooms that are still crappy looking. so disappointed with my stay.

My daughter found a pill in her bed, and there were bugs in the bathroom. The room was mediocre and the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been redone since 1985.
I told the front desk and he literally said not one word to me and I was charged the full amount.
Tried to attach pictures, but it wouldn’t let me

I wasn’t able to try it.
There’s never enough electrical plugs in the right places everything was unplugged like the refrigerator and microwave, etc. The TV was a pleasant surprise though.

The bedrooms and bathroom were so dirty it made eating at the hotel unappetizing.
With all of our complaints the front desk man and manager seemed unapologetic and unwilling to do anything to make our stay better. Also threatened to kick us out of the room if we weren’t out right at 12.

Nothing haha
I’m going to be completely honest in my review. The main reason I visited Los Angeles was for tourism. I planned to visit the famous spots like the Walk of Fame, the Hollywood Sign, Santa Monica Pier, and Disneyland/California Adventure.
1. The staff – The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the staff. They were really friendly and kind.
2. Location – The location is terrible. If your plan is to visit the famous attractions, this hotel is really far from everything. Without traffic it takes around 50–60 minutes, and with traffic it can easily be 1 hour and 20–30 minutes. You’ll spend more time stuck in traffic than actually enjoying your trip.
3. Breakfast – When I booked the hotel, it said breakfast was included, but we never received any information about it or saw any food, haha.
4. Condition of the hotel – The hotel is old and looks nothing like the pictures online. They totally mislead people with their photos.
5. Pillows and towels – Both are old and terrible quality. It’s actually more comfortable to sleep without a pillow, and using the towels feels like drying yourself with a napkin.
6. Noise – The rooms are right next to the freeway, so you can hear cars all day and night. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the rooms next to you.
7. Cleanliness – The worst part: the bathroom was full of cockroaches. Absolutely unacceptable.
If you’re planning to visit Los Angeles and are considering staying at this hotel, don’t waste your money or your time. It’s not a cheap hotel, and you can easily find something much better for the same price—or even less.
If I could, I would give them zero stars, but the staff at least deserve one.

Firstly, the room had an unbearable smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, I had a disturbing encounter where homeless individuals were knocking on my door. When I reached out to the front desk for assistance, I received no help whatsoever, and I was left feeling unsafe. As a result, I had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodations.
On top of that, the food containers were dirty, which was very concerning. The breakfast, which was supposed to be included, consisted only of coffee and cereal—but both were in poor condition and unappetizing.

Staff was nice.
Room floor was dirty, blackened our feet. Phone in room didn't work. Light next to bed not working. Netflix advertised but wasn't available after checking-in.

Nothing at all. Once we arrived the location was hidden in a the back with other buildings in front blocking it. On of the other buildings had been demolished and had all kinds of debris on
Front it. Became her worry.
The staff was the worst. During our stay we had came up upon a little girl wandering the halls of the second story immediately contacted staff and notified the police. We intended to get our money back for the inconvenience, but the staff said that wasn’t possible. To top it off our mattress had a major burn mark. The staff wasn’t responsive

Honestly the pool was the highlight
Cacaroaches in all 5 rooms my family rented. Filthy floors. The towels are to small the tub was filthy and drained very slowly. The freeway is right next to the motel and you can't sleep due to all the noise. I paid for a king bed. Instead got two full size beds. My wife and I barely fit on a full size bed. The breakfast is pathetic. The waffle machine is out of batter. The coffee was terrible. Honestly I want my money back. I have video of the roaches crawling along the walls and the card reader is Kapoot. Broken barely reads the card took multiple trys to even get in the room. To bad because I had driven 400 miles and had reservations ahead of time. It was take it or leave it. With no way of getting my money back. And I called and texted that we we were coming in late, and arrived at 11:30 in a place i am completely un familiar with... also the wifi did not work on my wife's computer. I have pictures of the baseboard molding that just lays on the floor as if it's ok. When it is not ok. We also had filthy floors so bad I took pictures of the filth that got on my feet after walking across the floor after getting out of the shower. Absolutely terrible experience. And away from the front desk, no one spoke English. We have stayed at a Wyndham resort in Sandeigo earlier this summer. Not even 5 miles from Sea World where the floors were filthy the handle on the tub broke off and they charged us $20.00 each night to park in addition to the room rate. That was a hidden charge. We work hard for our money. We definitely did not get what we paid for.

The room smelled horribly of smoke, the room was old and dirty, there was a hole punched in the bathroom door that they tried to patch, the bottom of the tub looked like it was going to give us athletes foot, there was abandoned vehicles in the parking lot and sketchy people hanging around them, there were cockroaches in the room and there was basically no food at breakfast (not that we would have eaten it with the roaches around). Horrible experience.

we walked into our room. And we found approximately 12 cockroaches. Looking around, then my son entered the bathroom and there was another load of Cock roaches on all the clean towels. Horrible, the worst place. I have ever stayed and I have traveled. Then went into the front office . My husband and I told him what had happened. The man that was standing the next to him said. Would you like an upgrade? I asked them what would be an upgrade if we have that many cockroaches in one room. What about where all the other cockroaches are ? If you find one, there's a 1000 more. We'd ask for to Queen beds. We only got 2 double beds. It's then after asking about the upgrade. The manager said oh no, we don't have any upgrades. The other employee looked around. I said, but he just said that The manager's response was. he's training. It is the worst place in the world . The pool has these lights all around it with big florescent balls. 2 of them completely smashed with glass on the floor. The room smelled horrific. The TV wouldn't turn on and Then we found Wet towels near one of the beds in the corner from where guestsimating from the people that stayed there before. The scariest thing is when my husband and I went to talk to them, there were 3 other people standing there to Check-in and the manager tried to make us go into another room to discuss it. And I said no way turned to the other people and said get out while you can. The only reason we stayed is we had no way whatsoever finding anything else. When we
Had a 7:30 appointment the next morning. They did give us another room. I had asked for a first floor because my son is disablled but of course they didn't listen to that. Gave us a second floor and even then. When you walk in the elevator it smells like human pee. It was horrible.

Our first room they put us in wasnt even cleaned up from the last guests, bed was unmade and towels were on the bathroom floor. Next room, the bathroom door was broken, the light fixture had electrical tape over it so we couldnt use it, they only had 1 bath towel for the 4 of us, the floor was disgustingly DIRTY..we couldnt even take of our shoes, the air conditioner made a loud noise everytime it turned on. The bedspread that was on our bed has cigarette burn marks on it. I took pictures of all of this.

I don't like anything the breakfast was not enough for everyone
This was my first time staying at this hotel during my regular visits to LA, and unfortunately, it was also my last. The experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I entered the room.
• The bedsheets had dried blood stains, which was completely unacceptable and disturbing.
• There was only one towel provided, and not enough shampoo or soap.
• The room was missing basic essentials: no telephone, no alarm clock, no hairdryer.
• The room had a terrible odor, and the blanket was so old and worn out it should have been donated years ago.
• The curtains had visible holes, and I even saw an insect crawling on the table.
• The closet didn’t even have a single hanger.
I’m honestly shocked that this hotel is operating under such poor conditions. I strongly recommend management take serious steps to improve cleanliness and provide the minimum expected amenities. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room had roaches, black mold everywhere, bloody and cigarette burned comforters. Asked staff to refund us for final night because we booked a room elsewhere and they claimed they couldn’t process a refund because house keeping wasn’t on sight to refresh room for new guests. Walked back up to our room to grab our things to leave and house keeping was cleaning the room next to ours. We were blatantly lied to because the staff wasn’t willing to give us money back for a night we refused to stay.

It was a good price for a one night stay
We were initially given a room with two beds when we had reserved a king bed, so we had to go back to the lobby and get another room. The room we were moved to did have a king bed but part of the wood floor was sticking up. Bathroom was dirty and looked like there was or still was black mold near the ceiling. Entire room looked like it wasn’t cleaned very well. There was a band aid on the curtain…
Car alarm and sounds of people throughout the night.
