Staff, the room, elevator and proximity to the ice machine. Cable TV was good also

The mandatory room service/cleaning on only a 2-day stay. On of the best parts of staying 2-days is being able to sleep in and stay in the room without being bothered.

The hotel was filthy and poorly maintained. Smooth check-in and one kind employee couldn’t make up.

Good - Some booked us right away and honored the late check-in request, although that's why hotels should do. Jesse was kind person who told me my car's blinkers were on during the night, even though it was not his job, so kudos to him Location was decent, but I think I would prefer something a bit north next time.

Cons - very very dirty property, like literally the worst I have ever been to. Walk in there and your feet are worse than walking outside. Asked for cleaning and it didn't fix anything, so I guess you can understand the punctuality of the staff. Very very cheap, even to Motel 6 standards, had a nonworking equipment which was changed when brought to notice.

It was 5 minutes from our destination

The lobby smelled like weed. Took the elevator, and when the doors opened, someone's belongings were scattered in front of the elevator, as if someone had been kicked out of their room. The bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly

Please refund my money

I booked this for my daughter. They wouldn’t let her stay because they said her name wasn’t on it. I tried calling booking.com. Got an AI communicating and she talked over me. All I wanted to do was cancel. Want my money back cuz I rebooked with Expedia.

This hotel is right next to a freeway.

I liked that it was clean. The property was clean, and the stuff was on top of things.

I didn't like how wet the floors were. there was condensation buildup and I even turned on the vent in the bathroom and that did not help. It didn't seem like there are any vents in the room that keep the moisture from accumulating. I didn't like that it's right next to the freeway that was so loud all night long and I also did not like that. We only were given one pair of earplugs. so it was a really difficult night because of the freeway And how humid it was in our room 217..

Not enough parking at times. Front desk lady was unpleasant to my brother. We sent him to grab a roll of toilet paper and she tried convincing him to wait until room service came in an hour. She repeated herself several times until finally giving him a roll. Very bizarre. This was Wednesday around 12:30 pm

Too much noise from the freeway behind the motel rooms. The place really needs a sound barrier wall to limit the noise. No warning from the registration desk. However I found earplugs found on television table.

It was short but decent.

I liked that every morning I was able to get up and go exercise and walk around the court and feel safe

There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. The mattress covers seemed dirty. Staff, when speaking to them in the lobby continuously asked for a room number out loud, which made me feel a little unsafe as a female solo traveler. Also, when I checked in the attendant, said my number out loud with multiple people in the lobby, so the trip started a little uneasy the female intendant was wonderful. I didn’t catch her name. Also, my door key wouldn’t work because the battery needed to be replaced. It was an issue but got resolved within 20 minutes, but it did push my travel back home.

The staff was nice. Location was convenient and the room was clean.

Lots of noise from freeway. The ac unit also made weird noises. The outside and dog area were dirty and smelly. The other guests stood in passage ways smoking. They have you put parking pass on your car with your room number on it so if someone wanted to they could see you come out of your car and know what room you're in.

When reservation changed the cleaning, staff was not informed correctly and the cleaning staff unlocked my door and walked in, but she didn’t speak English for that,. It was uncomfortable.

No frills, low amenity, safe place to stay for a Huntington Beach trip

Proximity to Huntington Beach. Quick Lyft ride to the beach. Close to a Starbucks, CVS, restaurants, and grocery store. Felt safe and secure. Affordable. On-site, free parking. Full dorm-size fridge in the room. Full cable with HBO. Super friendly desk staff. This was a great place to stay for the Darker Waves festival in Huntington Beach. Coffee in the main office during the morning.

Location is right next to the freeway. Definitely loud. If you're sensitive, you may want to ask for a room on the wing that does not face the freeway. It did not bother us, but it would bother people who are sensitive to noise. No, in-room coffee. Bathroom amenities were sparse consisting of 2 bars of soap only. Short on power outlets.

The website shows a pool, it is actually filled in with dirt. Less than a foot from the 405 fwy. The noise is unbearable. Pure torture.
