when check out they took the key but did not let us know that I have to use the key to open the gate. I got stuck and come back to get the qr code. but it didnt work I have to call in and they told me to go back but I said can they just open for me. finally they open for me. this is the part I dont like.

The property could not locate my reservation, had me listed under my middle name as my first name, put me on the end of the hallway by a staircase (when I asked to be away from the staircase). Front desk staff discuss their personal business as soon as you walk away, in earshot… There’s no music or ambience.

Business and conference hotel

Arriving by car. Very light traffic and convenient valet parking. Easy access by pedestrian bridge to South Coast Plaza.

The building already needs full renovation. Air conditioning was loud. The swimming pool water was too warm for any sporty or refreshing swim. The hotel is more geared towards business than leasurs.

Comfortable and Relaxing

The location was easy to get to and the staff was friendly and attentive. The property was light and clean and the room was a nice size with a great bathroom.

There weren’t a lot of food options available on site and the Starbucks was closed the morning when we came by to get breakfast.

Unfortunately, I have a duplicate charge one from Booking.com and one from the hotel.the hotel didn’t receive the money from booking.com so they charged our credit card. After a week I’m still going back-and-forth with Booking.com to see how they’re going to handle that. It is so frustrating. This will be probably my last time using Booking.com.

Exceptional

The Westin in OC is our fave getaway from beautiful San Diego. It's easy to get to, there's so much to do in the area, and there's a lot of great places to eat nearby! The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We're here 2-3 times a year, and the windows have been dirty the past couple of years. When are you going to get them cleaned?
