Other than not having streaming services, everything has been great with my stay

I loved the window view from my room. The aesthetic and feel of the hotel is very nice. The main thing though is that there was nothing major to complain about which is really all I want in a hotel

No smart tv so only DTV cable was available and I would really like to be able to watch YouTube without having to bring my own device to plug into the tv

Decent for price and easy location

Great location for quick travel, easy to find, quite and clean area. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean. Overall I’d stay here again!

Only con was one of the elevators was not working properly and it was sketchy getting into it and there were hotel guests who liked to party and gather in the lobby but the lobby is so small that it felt awkward walking with all of these people at the front drinking and congregating in the tiny lobby. Jacuzzi could’ve been warmer, it was cold outside so the water could’ve been hotter, it was mid

The hotel has a good location and the staff was polite.

I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t offer free breakfast. I ended up paying $25 for a breakfast that was very disappointing and not worth the price.

Cleanliness. Michelle, the front desk lady, did an exceptional job. Very helpful. She knows how to handle her job. Very flexible with the customer's needs and requests. She heated our food. I recommend and commend her for the manager or supervisor role.

No access to a microwave. The housekeeping didn't refill our coffee, creamer, and tea.

Don't expect much. No micro oven or heater kettle - no way you can heat water. If you are with small kids, better avoid. stayed in 6th floor, no ventilation and smokey air.

Amazing Hotel! Price can be expensive , but amazing.

The property was amazing. Lakeside hotel has definitely done a lot of changes and now they are called Orange County Hotel. Although , this hotel amazing.

They were a lot of new changes to the hotel, I think, charging for parking was definitely a little too much. I remember when it was free.

Not good!.

No towels in the gym...I had to ask for some.. Water pressure sucks!. The doors are SO heavy & loud, its impossible to relax, or sleep...All you hear are the doors slamming in all the rooms. The house keepers are VERY loud when working, yelling/talking at each other from down the halls...Its obnoxious. The parking lot is Ghetto, needs updating/revamped!.

Price, location, amenities, and staff really made this hotel a very likely go to for when we plan to stay in this area.

The hotel had outdoor seating by the lake where you could watching the ducks and turtles swim while eating your meal.

Before the elevator door would close it sort of moves as if it was going to change floors before the door closes.

Had a Laundry

Front desk had no Quarters for change to operate the Laundry’s machines, very unimpressed, I picked your Hotel over less expensive in order to clean my laundry, no microwave in room, no restaurant open though in Webpage showing one onsite, no Courtesy Cart available in morning to move my belongings to my vehicle…oh and arriving at location to check in, was greeted with a sign that said essentially “we really don’t care enough about you our paying guest to have someone always there to greet and serve.

I was tricked into reserving a Doubletree when it was a different hotel!

I enjoyed my room with the amenities it included, I enjoyed the lake and walking path.

I originally understood that I was making a reservation at the "Doubletree by Hilton Orange County Airport," a hotel I have stayed at during my Orange County visits for several years. The confirmation print-outs I received also specified the Hilton so I had no reason to think the hotel was anything different. I knew something was off when I wasn't offered the Doubletree chocolate chip cookie upon registering, nor was there any bottled water in the room. I also noticed the restaurant was closed. The next morning, I approached the front desk to inquire about all three of the things I just mentioned. That's when I found out this was a Lakeside facility, and that the restaurant was closed because they didn't have a chef. I am very disappointed because I intentionally wanted the amenities and benefits of the Doubletree that I was used to. This hotel was very basic and not worth the fee I paid. I was misled and wish to speak to someone at Booking.com.

Need more attention from house keepers and staff

When we got there one of the sheets had sprinkles of blood color like, I got two rooms for 4 nights 3 days and in none of the days they didn't clean our rooms, we had to ask for conditioner because the bottle was empty since the first day. The outside of the place was nice, and peaceful. While we were in the shower the light kept turning off.

I would rather stay for less and skip the amenities i.e. room service, mini bar this hotel was it!

This was a small, clean, up to date facility with no room service or mini bar. I was there for only one night and would stay there again

The only draw back was no hotel shuttle, as it was less than 3 miles from John Wayne Airport. Uber was pricey getting to hotel with tip approximately $30 roundtrip.
