My stay was okay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

It was close to Disney

Hotel is older. Shower in my room didn’t work right. The lever to adjust the water would move on its own. $25 per night parking. And not enough parking I had to park in a handicap spot and I was in fear my car would be towed.

Terrible experience, would not recommend

I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel.

I had a reservation through Booking starting on Monday, but had to move my flight to Tuesday. I emailed the hotel three days before my stay to let them know I would be doing a later check-in, but still paying for the full stay, and I was assured I didn’t need to worry, that they would hold my room. Unfortunately I had the terrible surprise to arrive on Tuesday at 9pm at the hotel and learn I didn’t have a room anymore and they were fully booked, so there was “nothing they could do”. They then tried to blame it on me / Booking, saying that “given I booked it through Booking, they couldn’t hold my reservation, but if I had done it directly that wouldn’t have been a problem”. I was then placed at a hotel across the street only for the night (walking alone at the street at 10pm), which was extremely disruptive as I had an early meeting on Tuesday and had to check out and still wait until the end of the day to check in at the original hotel. I was then placed at a ground floor accessible room, which was very loud and the whole bathroom flooded whenever I took a shower.

Overall, the stay was what we expected as we have stayed here in the past.

The available breakfast was served quickly and hot but the price was outrageous. We did not partake in any of the dinner options. The people were friendly.

The parking price was unbelievably high considering the price we already paid for the room. The shower door in our room had been installed incorrectly leaving us with a lot of water on the floor. The desk gave us additional towels to clean up the floor. It would have been better if someone from housekeeping arrived with a mop.

Clean, quiet hotel to stay at for youth sports tournaments.

Close to freeway entrance/exit. Restaurants/convenience stores within walking distance. Gas stations nearby. Quiet location and not busy with a lot of traffic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and in good condition.

No fan or vents in the bathroom. A bit of a drive to get to the beaches or amusement parks. Not a lot of parking stalls. Pay to park signs near hotel are not clear about hotel guests not having to pay for parking. No free breakfast.

the traffic was so bad out my window that I move to another room after two days.The toilet ran constantly in both rooms, it was very annoying. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the light fixture was hanging loose in the shower. There’s no restaurant, only a snack bar.

Not what I expected for a courtyard by Marriott hotel

I like that my hotel was near other attractions I was visiting

I called and I asked before I booked if there were any extra charges other than the room rate and tax and they said no but upon arrival I was charged an additional $81 and normally they charge $20 extra per night and then I was charged $44 for parking and to eat breakfast you had to pay 1095 per person and I wasn’t expecting that either so I probably won’t stay there anymore especially with having kids the free breakfast is a Perk
