Under construction when we arrived and the help were not friendly at all. We ended up going to a different hotel.

Dirty, dusty and noisy. Under remodeling and we were never notified. Staff was not nice and we left to find a hotel. Stayed at a hotel closer to our attraction that was not being remodeled.

On the 1st night, July 17th, the employees were very nice.

It's not convenient to pull up and check in. You had to park in the garage, then walk up an incline to the front door to check in. It's not that easy if you're in a wheelchair or walk with a walker or a cane. 1st night, my room smelled really bad of mildew, and it was making me nausea. The rug was all wet by the bathroom . I called, and the clerk was aware of the issue but was not able to move us till the next day. I had to keep spraying my perfume 2nd night, July 22, we arrived around 9-9:30 pm. The front desk person (didn't get a name) he did have an accent dark hair and did speak another language. I don't know what it was. He was on his personal phone. He did put it down to help me, then picked it back up and continued to talk. I went back out to my truck 20 minutes later, and he was still on his phone. The front desk phone was ringing, and the guy was just ignoring it. My truck was right next to the door, and I could still hear the phone ringing. To me, this is unexseptable.

The pool was nice but no jacuzzi

by 8:30 am they already ran out of eggs for breakfast, the bacon was chewy, the faucet in shower leaking, it seems they might have plumbing issues because the water in the bathroom sink and shower would take a while to go down the drain. the toilet also wouldn’t flush right.

Nice and quiet hotel in a good location

This hotel is a newer structure and very well maintained. It also has a parking garage for guests which is easily accessible. The room was large and quiet, beds very comfortable, nice bathroom too. The breakfast options are typical to the chain with a limited fruit selection, otherwise it was fine. Easy access to the highway makes the location ideal to explore the local attractions and shopping centres. Friendly staff, would stay here again.

We arrived 3 hours prior to check-in. Our room was already available, but we were told that if we wanted to use it earlier we would have to pay $50 extra. I did not expect this from a chain hotel in this location.

A good value stay with convenient access to SoCal attractions.

Breakfast is really good. It’s served in a small room, though, and gets unpleasantly crowded toward closing time. Go early. Everything is nice for the price—you’re well located but the particular area of the hotel is not too appealing. If you want to walk for dinner, Our Bar is a block away. It’s a small bar that also serves really good food (w/ a kid’s menu). Our teen loved it.

Nothing to complain about really. It’s not a 4-star hotel.

Staff was rude. Management is a joke. Location is not a good spot. Reviews prior must have been bought by property. Property is in a bad area. Lots of homeless and a trailer park next door. Would not recommend a family to stay here
