Everyone was very polite and it was clean.
1) The heater didn't work well at all - as a result I was cold. I came in too late to be motivated to call and wait for someone to fix it.
2) I called ahead to make shuttle arrangements but unfortunately the driver called out sick. I was told "No Worry! -give us a call when you land and we will send/pay for an Urber or Lyft. I should have never listened to that, when I arrived only 2 hrs. later (short flight), I called from the airport and stayed on HOLD for 20 minutes hitting different prompts to reach someone at the front desk. Because I came in on a late (8 pm) flight, I ended up calling Uber and paid for it myself. (That was very disappointing, and mainly because I was told otherwise and choose this hotel because of the star ratings and advertised shuttle service.

The size of the room; comfortable clean bed; refrigerator; cleaning staff; powerful pressure of the shower; clean and generous towels; the hot tub; the workout room; the quality of coffee sold at the lobby; clean bathrooms in the lobby. The parking was steep at $53 per night for 5 nights. Should be. discounted for a long stay.
The reception rep did not explain that we needed to place the pre-paid parking on the rear mirror when checking in. Risked having our car towed.

I drove 7 hours to attend my nephew’s wedding and was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, I couldn’t even pull up to the front lobby to check in because of a private event being held at the hotel. Instead of being greeted with a warm welcome after such a long drive, the staff member outside was rude and unhelpful.
To make things worse, I was turned away from the hotel restaurant both nights due to the same private event. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the convenience and amenities, yet I wasn’t able to enjoy any of them.
Check-in was also frustrating. The front desk manager, Trish, was assisting me but stopped mid-check-in to help another employee. I had been patient, but after such a long drive, I just wanted to get to my room. She eventually noticed my frustration and finished checking me in, but the experience felt rushed and unfriendly.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. Between the lack of hospitality, limited access to amenities, and overall poor guest experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful staff, sooo comfy for rest, easy airport access
Did not receive Hilton Honors points because booked thru 3rd party ( but they still have the memberships perks like cookies and water, a nice touch )

Location felt safe
Hidden fees boosted the price 150$ more than expected. We also got a room that had the drain plugged showers were not fun with the floor filling up quicker than you could wash your body off. Bed very uncomfortable especially for a pregnant woman so hard

I had the complete opposite experience over the phone on Sunday afternoon. The man who answered was very dismissive and condescending. He sounded like an older man. I wish I would have got his name. Very unprofessional

There was no microwave in the room to heat leftovers. It was very hard to find a cart to carry luggage from the parking garage to the room. Long walk and confusing elevators to the rooms. Loud parties in the lobby area every weekend.

We had to switch rooms once since the bathroom in 219 didn’t close. When we did switch there was hairballs in the shower floor. We were locked out late at night from going to the parking had to go to front office to get new keys. When we finally parked and went to our new room the keys again didn’t work. This was late at night too. Had to go back to front and request new keys. The girl from earlier, Sofia hadn’t registered that she switched the room and manually update it on the computer. I’m currently pregnant so this was just bad.

Couldn't believe I had to pay $27 for parking. Insane. Also, 2 floors were under construction and the noise definitely started before 9 am.

We liked the clean, spacious room. It was cool and comfortable.
Although it was cool, I would have liked it a bit cooler. Couldn't adjust the temperature. The shower had good water pressure, but the tub's finish looked liked it was peeling and made the bathtub look unclean. Could've started with a bit more towels.
Not too crazy about having to pay for breakfast and the parking. One or the other would've been fine to pay, but both was a bit much. Ended up elevating the cost to our stay and making it not cost effective.

Close to freeway
I really was expecting much more than the service in this hotel.
First, hotel did meet expectations, this was my very first time I had to pay for parking lot!!! What kind of hotel is this?
Plus parking did not meet requirements to park a big truck like mine; couldn't go trough the parking lot

Bathroom - toilet, tub slow to empty. Leak on floor. Didn’t empty trash daily. Had to request.
Elevator to 2nd floor not working one night. So, they had sign to use the “left elevator” which was stuck on the 7th floor.
Lot of surly staff (in training?) but not pleasant.

hot water did not work on last day of stay. staff at the front desk didn’t seem too concerned about it. obviously no water is an inconvenience but it was really the staff’s indifference about it that was so off putting.
