Location

The room layout (614) was horrible. Totally wasted space on entry foyer, no dressers with drawers to keep clothes, sliding doors on closet couldn’t open or close because of the safe protruding into the door track.

Overall comfortable but would rethink about returning

Staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff did a great job of keeping the room clean.

Both bed side lamps in our room were not working, the extractor in the restroom did not work, the chromecast feature on the television was not working.

Efficient, convenient.

No complimentary water in the room. Three dollars for a small bottle unless you are a member of a loyalty program. Otherwise highly chlorinated water from the tap.

Room didn’t have working tub. I called three times for help with tub and Google Cast. Then I reported it and was told he’d switch my room. That room had lights that didn’t work by the bed and it came with no tub. Not coming back.

Me and my husband loved the stay!

The atmosphere was very settle and family oriented. The entire hotel is clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. Me and my husband agreed to return. Oh and we booked the night of which was a Saturday :)

Our stay was too short but very comfortable.

Best breakfast ever. My omelette was super tasty. All staff were courteous and hard working.The rooms were updated and comfy.

We had a hard knock on the door about 11pm. We did not answer it. In the morning there was a pile of clean sheets and a Starbucks coffee cup by the door. It was a mystery, for sure.

I liked the pool area. it was very pretty and the lounge chairs were comfortable. The pillows were also very comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep in the mattress. I thought the shower was comfortable. They had auto lights, and I liked the convenience. They also were super nice the second night as they let us borrow a charger for a cell phone.

The lobby and hallways were FREEZING. I was shivering any time I was a common area. Also, it was kind of annoying to have to use your card for everything from the elevator to the lobby bathroom. I get the security value, but it was over the top. The buffet was very expensive, in my opinion. I also don't like that there are no microwaves in the room, especially since it seems so norm in any other hotel. We bought an oatmeal at the store, but then had to return to the lobby to heat it up. The lady had it explode all over the place and just handed it back to me. I felt like I wasted money and time where if I had an in room microwave I could have monitored it and stopped it, but she just put it in a microwave in the back room and left it. I think she should have offered a refund or replacement oatmeal.

The bed was very itchy and I could hear neighboring guests flushing and urinating into the toilet. For $200/night, not sure I deserved that. I barely slept through the night.

I liked that my bedroom was cleaned everyday.

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. There were no electric converters or USB-C ports in the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was very poor in quality, especially considering the $30 price tag—I ended up going out instead, which makes me question staying at the Hyatt again. Additionally, it’s unacceptable that no complimentary water was provided despite paying over $200 per night. Lastly, the bed was so worn out that I sank into it and couldn’t sleep well. Please consider updating your beds to provide a more comfortable experience for your guests.
