Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside

The staff was so rude to me! The pool was closed numerous times after I called and asked would it be open ! I had to bed for extra lining in my room ! The carpet was dirty , the hotel room didn’t look clean at all ! I was very disappointed ! I haven’t been to the embassy in years, but it’s definitely gone down hill won’t be back

The location was good, as was the breakfast and the staff was wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

The carpet in our room had several large stains. The sofa and chair had stains and spots where the fabric was frayed. Could use some attention.

The elevators were very slow (1 was broken) and the stairs don't go to the lobby. The room wasn't very clean. Lots of stains and paint spills. The pillows were flat and lumpy.

all in all pretty good. wish there was steps inside so we didnt have to wait so long for elevator but it was a busy weekend and hotel was completly booked

You can not get a better breakfast in any other hotel chain.

My room wasn’t ready until well after my 4 o’clock arrival.Trash around entry and parking lot. Curb appeal sorely lacking. Dirty entry doors

no ability to get more bedding for 3 hours and when I finally did get bedding it was 1 am and 2 hours past the time I was looking to go asleep

The lobby

The inside looks every bit of a 3-star hotel. It is beautiful. However, as soon as you pull up, it's noticeable that the parking lot needs some work. Once you get up to the rooms, you will immediately notice how cheap and outdated that everything looks. The cheapest carpet, old and hard sofa and seating. The chairs at the table had stains, the carpet had what looked like burns in it, a light was missing a bulb, where the microwave sat it was messed up, the microwave and fridge was cheap as can be, a light switch didn't even work, the thermostat didn't seem to function properly. The clock was messed up. The bed felt like they put a mattress topper over a plywood board. Kids running around and hollering and being allowed to act a fool when many people are probably trying to sleep or enjoy their peace and quiet. For reference, i was on the 8th floor. I will never stay at another Embassy Suites again.

Room was gross. Crumbs and stains on sofa bed. Streaks of red on tile. Breakfast is served 7-10. We went at 9:20 and most of it was wiped out completely. What was available was not good.

The room was dirty, the bath tub had visible dirty footprints on the bottom, There was a red mystery liquid all over the couch, floor and tile. Sticky substance on the carpet. The hotel reeked of marijuana. Housekeepers were extremely rude and did not clean when we asked multiple days in a row.

We are sad to say this, but we are not pleased with our visit. Asked to escalate to General manager and no manager ever spoke to us. Rooms were not hygienic in the least. STAFF reports reason why is animals being allowed we have many pictures of four different rooms being below Hilton standards. Room final 832

This is a hotel that considers pets guests as well. It is very hard to find hotels that “allow” pets versus welcomes them. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, love the fact that they are able to connect rooms, and there is actually a lot of grass for the dogs to utilize.

The only trouble we encountered were unsupervised kids running the hallways. That is not the fault of the hotel, but of their parents.

The area and staff

Price getting higher. I visit often snd always stay at Embassy. Wish there was a discount for multiple stats.

The environment was luxurious and clean. The bedding was comfortable, however, the pillows were too small and flattened minimizing the neck and head support.

The stopper for the sink was broken. When I looked underneath the fix it, I noticed that screws were missing. Minor inconvenience.

Not the cleanest and the rooms were old and smelled bad. The carpets were dirty, there was hair in the bed and shower. The pool was freezing cold. Breakfast was not great either. Not worth the price!

We loved everything. We usually don't get to stay in hotels like this because of a strict budget. But we had some play money and the option for afterpay, so for us, this felt like luxury. The hotel is beautiful on the inside and out. The inside is a beautiful kind of open concept. You have walkways on every floor to look out at the lobby of the hotel. Everything was really clean. The restaurant and bar were excellent. I can not express this enough. The bar tenders are hilarious and great company. We had three during our time there. I believe their names were Jackie, Amara, and Carol. Absolute wonderful people. We had Jackie and Amara for the longest time when we were down there our first night. They looked at us and could just tell what we'd like to drink. The atomosphere was phenomenal. I wish i had more money to tip these ladies. I think we only managed around $30 between leaving a tip on the card and cash. They are genuinely worth so much more. Our hotel room was really clean, super spacious. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed. My fiancé and I really just loved it there. We are simple people and are honestly debating on just having part of our honeymoon here, just relaxing at the hotel! To some people, this might be the usual, but if you're used to the best westerns and like the cheaper end and decent quality. This place will make you feel like kings and queens. The food at this place is fabulous, the prices are decent for what you get. The portions are big. The food is seasoned and well prepared. I could go on for so long because this place gave us exactly what we wanted. Just a nice getaway from home. If you have the chance, please give this place a good try.

If i have to say something. I think the only thing I could really comment on was the shampoo being out. But honestly, I also could not tell from the side of it where it's supposed to show the level like the rest of the bottles 🤣 i can't even blame them for not knowing. I had to try it to realize it was almost empty.

I booked a king suite and the room smelled like smoke or must. The carpet was sticky and gross it was hard to walk around on it. None of the side tables were wiped down because it looked like finger nails clippings were on the nightstand next to the bed. All I wanted to do was take a hot shower and go to bed but the bathroom was also not the best there was absolutely no soap, besides an empty box next to the sink so I am assuming the bathroom wasn’t cleaned either. I looked in the tub and there were two USED soap bars. So I’m assuming I was supposed to use the remittence of soap from guest before me which actually made me cry. It was so disgusting and disappointing. I cannot believe they charged $200 for a sticky mess.

The comfortable beds the staff were amazing. We loved the atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. June 29th was my mom's birthday and the bar staff sang Happy Birthday to my mom and gave her a piece of cheesecake for her birthday. Will definitely come back.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the noise of the pool. We had girls who were screaming and splashing with no adult supervision.

Very close to the conference I was attending! Close to many good restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant was very good!
