The beds were comfortable. The light breakfast items were well stocked and fresh.

When we entered the room, everything had been unplugged. The only way to use both the refrigerator and the microwave was to plug the refrigerator into the microwave and then the microwave into the wall plug. It took the customer service guy more than a half hour to get the tv working, stating that the previous tenants had tried to use PlayStation or something similar. Two hours later, the tv picture went out but the sound remained. After that, th4 tv stopped working about 11:30 PM and we tried to go to sleep. About 2 AM, the refrigerator started to make a large humming sound. I unplugged the unit. The one chair in the unit needs replaced before someone gets hurt (it lists to the right and the rollers really do not work on carpeting. The screen does little to eliminate car and/or parking lot lights--a drape is needed. The one sink did not have a stopper. The commode seat needs tightening or replacing, and the tub needs touchup grouting. The one terminal in the lobby for customer use was "frozen" and the attendant could not reset it--I gave up.

The upkeep of the property is great housekeeping goes beyond doing what you need they are always there to help you with things you might need as far as coming by cleaning your room give you a clean towel. Housekeeping is is great the front desk It’s also there to ask all your questions and help you with what you need and try to accommodate you the best they can and the rules that they have available if you ask for a different room.

Beds were comfortable. Nice tv. Furniture looked good. And carpet looked nice.

Some rust spots in door way to bathroom. Carpet will shred if they don't cover the edge. Entrance to hotel was a little odd. Black top kinda bad.

It was very dirty. There were people up partying all night, playing loud music and smoking cannabis so much it smelled of it throughout the building and elevator. The fire alarm went off as soon as we got into the room and we had to evacuate the building until the firemen went through it. Not a good experience and I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Shower wouldn’t drain. Bed was hard as a rock. The door wouldn’t shut. Air barely worked

Location was fine. Breakfast was adquate and bed was fine. TV size could have been bigger for room.

WIFI was inconsistent, causing problems. Room was right next to laundry on first floor and that woke me up at 7 a.m. Other guests also making noise and kept coming in until 3 a.m.

Convenient area , hotel rooms sum what got decent set up

Dirt spots on bed , night crew don’t do they job or try to please customer , halls had trash in them, spills too forever to get cleaned up, elevator is suspect

Only marginally satisfied with the location. A very heavily trafficked lot, with extremely close proximity to an overfilled parking lot for a restaurant where parking for the hotel merged into the restaurant parking, resulting in quite a hike to the hotel entrance with our bags.

With reference to parking, as stated above. Also noted upon our arrival were approximately five or six police cars and an ambulance. This caused great concern for our safety. Interior of the lobby was dirty, especially the flooring, including in the dining area. Walls were soiled and damaged. The single staff member was uncommunicative with a young man (a good Samaritan also an occupant in the hotel) who was petitioning for resolution to a problem a distressed female occupant was having with her room...he was unsuccessful, even with the eventual conversation on the phone with the hotel manager. About seven or more police officers and a couple of ambulance personnel were filing in and out of the lobby to our consternation. I actually asked them if we were safe there, and he said you're good... It was not reassuring. As to the room, I inspected it to find it filthy, and in disrepair. My encounter with staff regarding this was unsatisfactory, and two involved to further discuss here. I will, however, discuss it with someone at Wyndham note that I am keeping a copy of these comments as posted on your site.

Nothing. It was in very poor condition.

It was very clean and the mattress had blood stains on one side. I was actually afraid to even pull the sheets off for fear of what I would see. Couldn't wait until morning to check out.

Our shower needed to be updated rusty.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was ok, just pretty basic. I can't write a whole lot I like because I was over all disappointed. It was basically a place to put our head for the night.

First off the room was hot as ever when we got in there. Made the first hour pretty yucky. We got settled and wanted to watch some TV before bed and it didn't work.. Gave up on trying to get it to work and just went to bed. The bathrooms are tiny! The tub was very dirty. The calk also moldy. The floor was filthy. I couldn't tell you the last time the area behind the toilet was cleaned. I couldn't get the water in the shower to cool off, I took a pretty darn hot shower. I told the employee up front about all the issues and the only response was k thanks. I almost asked for my money back but we slept there so.. there's that. Over all if you just want a place to sleep, go for it.

We had a king room with an adjoining room with a sofa bed. The king room was adequate for the price. The sofa bed was unsleepable. Luckily we had a cot and air mattress with us. The man at the desk gave us sheets but didn’t have a blanket or anything else. He said to use the sofa cushion as a pillow. The walk in shower had black mold in it. This was obviously a handicap room. No one could have slept on that sofa bed.

Same old hotel with very minor "upgrades" that weren't upgrades. Had to clean shower all before use, curtain was disgusting.

The breakfast was amazing. One of the best waffles I ever had. The room was decent in a pinch

The fact that I had to obtain a cream for my sling because something bit me. If pets are going to be allowed the whole room should be cleaned thoroughly as if the next person is allergic

Beds were comfortable

Breakfast was adequate-not great. Staff didn’t refill food often enough. Trash bins overflowing. Ignored Room wasn’t cleaned unless we requested. Shouldn’t have to ask. Wish there was a pool

The beds were very comfortable. The shower was much better than my previous room on the first floor. Everything worked as it should.

I do not have any complaints.

The bathroom smelled like pee, there were pee around the toilet seat , pillows had stains as if they were still dirty, a better sweep would of been better & that’s why I didn’t like about the property. It’s should be CLEANED!

Shower drain was clogged and we were forced to stand in water when we used it that was very slowly draining.

It was totally typical, and as expected. It had what every other similar hotel in this price bracket had in terms of what was in the room. So, getting what was expected is good enough.

Like all properties in this price bracket it just does not have a second high back chair in the room. For people with pets we have to usually do take out for supper. We can’t leave the dog in the car and certainly not in the room, so we do take out but can’t eat together sitting down in the room together. Why? Only one high back chair. Another feature missing from all 10-12 of this kind of property we recently stayed at was an outside pick if table or even outdoor sitting area. This level of hotel is for one thing. A place to go to bed, get up and move along to the next place on a multi-Mike trip. Please do not think we do not appreciate this type of hotel. We do. It’s clean, with a good breakfast, coffee, and of course is pet friendly. We’ll make do with what we get.

Breakfast was worth less shower in room 133 just dribble sink didn’t drain good room 103 there was a Reese cup wrapper on the floor the room just felt dirty and there was dog boop smell when I walked out of my room

The location was good.

Kind of a suite. One sink was terribly slow to drain. Some of the lights didn’t work. One remote control didn’t work. Breakfast has basically no protein and just wasn’t very good.

We are very satisfied with our stay at this place. Very clean room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with a lot of food choices And no matter how late you are for breakfast, the variety stays the same. Pleanty of parking space for everyone on the road. Highly recommended for everyone who needs stay in this area.
