    I really like the hotel I would go back again. Some of the staff didn't seem to friendly and didn't seem like they cared to help anyone, the floor in my room wasn't moped good everything else was very clean. Overall I would go back

    I felt regret choosing this hotel. 1. The elevator was broken and made it tedious to get in andnout of this hotel. 2. The breakfast "continental " was disgusting. They ran out of many things leaving us with only bad tasting coffee that had a limited coffee cream supply. 3. No coffee setup in the room. 4. The room was dusty. I left a message written in the dust for the cleaning staff. 5. I needed a fork to eat left overs. I was offered a tote that I needed to sign out and lug upstairs myself. Didn't do it because I would have to carry this thing and wait on 1 elevator to transport it. 6. Had to wait for a long time because the desk staff was doing laundry. They were polite and kind but adding time waiting on 1 elevator with time waiting at the desk was very frustrating. We will definitely seek other local options when visiting Cleveland again.
