Initially the room was given was bad with closet having uncleaned bedsheets and towels. Bathroom shower not working. After complaining the staff changed the room. The other room was ok ok. We are 4 members and was given only 2 towels. When asked at the reception, they denied to give. Breakfast is bad with 3 items muffin , bread and bagel. They will not refill. Hotel maintenance is very bad. Not suggested for family.

We booked this stay so we could be closer to downtown Cleveland for a concert, as the price was much better here. The location was fine. It was kind of in a business park area, which we didn’t mind. Upon check-in, I was given a room key and told where to park. The key did not open the exterior doors to get in the building, so we’re waited for someone to let us in. We get to the room and the key doesn’t work. The room key pouch had 2 DIFFERENT room numbers on it, so we went to the other one and the key didn’t work there either. The cleaning lady let us in and I went down to front desk to get key updated. The room didn’t have comforters on the bed, no tissues, hardly any toilet paper, and just needed repairs in places. We went to our concert and got back after 1am to our key not working again (also, one of us had to go in a different entrance and run over to the exterior door to let others in since it still didn’t work). Our neighbors had the same problem with their key and had to get it reprogrammed. Woke up to fire alarms going off. Went outside. NO workers in sight, no explanations given. Alarms turned off so we went inside to get our things and get the $&@$ out of this place! While we were brushing our teeth, our hotel room door OPENS to a woman with her luggage saying this was the room they gave her! She was embarrassed and we were furious. Once we got our stuff out, I went to front desk and explained everything. The workers were frustrated (one had a blanket over her because the doors were open to the outside). I showed them my room key pouch and they apologized and rolled their eyes. We had stayed in the wrong room, but how would we have known?! Also, the lobby is connected to a Mexican restaurant and there was really loud dance music coming from that direction (at 9:00 in the morning). It was such a weird experience! We won’t be staying there again. Unfortunately, I feel this way about several Ramadas that have been bought by different owners and gone downhill since.
