I booked this hotel for two nights and I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room, the air conditioner didn’t work was blown high Heat it was not clean properly. The sheets were a mess. There was old pot bottles, and trash under the bed, the baseboards were falling off the walls, the second room was infested with ants that crawled on inside my babies, diaper bag and all of my belongings. There was no microwave or refrigerator for me to store my babies milk. When I called the front desk, I was told there was nothing that they can do about it, every time I went to the front desk there was a new person there who didn’t know nothing about nothing. I asked for a manager they said they don’t know when the manager will come in and they don’t know the name and then I asked for the number for corporate. They said they didn’t know. This was HORRIBLE. I want a refund.

They have bad attitudes staff cleaning with open toe shoes they have bedbugs mice and growing mold in the bathroom the manager lying saying she’s not the manager and she was very rude and tried to fight me because I wanted my money

Stay far from this place. Very disgusting and run down. Checked out a day early, and went to another hotel.
