Upon entering the room I realized immediately it had not been cleaned. The outside of the refrigerator, as well as the desk, chairs, and tables were sticky and had spilled marks and hairs and dust on them.
The carpet was filthy and obviously had not been vacuumed. There were items under the beds that had not been removed from previous guests.
There was mold on the heater/air conditioner vents.
A coffee or hot cholate had spilled on the window ledge and had not been cleaned.
There were no coffee cups or coffee for the coffee maker in the room.
When taking a shower, rather than the water draining, it built up in the tub about 5 inches and took about 20 minutes to drain.
Bathroom had only 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. No shampoo or conditioner. Only one bar of soap.
After making known to the front desk of these issues I was upgraded to a new room that was just as dirty and lacking amenities. We decided to stay in the original room. I purchased some disinfectant wipes and a spray cleaner and made it livable.
After a full day of activities on 10/8 I returned to the room and realized Housekeeping hadn't even entered this room. Beds were not made and dirty towels had not been replaced by clean ones.
Door B had a piece of wood to prop the door open because the card reader wouldn't work. I informed the front desk expecting it to be fixed but it never was.

This facility appears to be an old Ramada Inn that had fallen into disrepair and the repairs look pretty rough. My room card key had to be reprogrammed three time... basically, it only worked for one entry and then had the be reprogrammed. Not a good value in my opinion.
